This home is perfect for guests with limited mobility as it has ramps from the street to all upper floor rooms. This wonderful property normally sleeps up to 4 adults and your child may sleep on the sofa if needed. This charming 900 sq. ft. property features 2 bedrooms with a king bed and a queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen ready for you to prepare meals. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, teapot, various pots, pans, dishes, coffee mugs, and utensils. For your pleasure, a dining room that seats 6, is perfect for you and a small group of guests. With amenities like UHD TV, AC, WiFi, free use of a washing machine and dryer, complete with detergent, your stay will be comfortable and convenient even for an extended stay. The bathroom comes equipped with bath towels, washcloths, body wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer for your convenience. This property is also completely wheelchair accessible except for the basement of course. A computer desk and chair is located in the living room and is provided for your use. High speed WiFi is included. A sofa and love-seat are provided, as are a King and Queen bed. A starter assortment of coffees and teas is provided as well as sweeteners and creamers. Guests may smoke only outdoors, and large parties/events are not permitted. The fireplace is non-functional. Property security is provided by outdoor cameras. An HVAC system will ensure your comfort.
