Welcome to our fully stocked, spacious and stunning home designed to provide comfort, convenience, and luxury during your stay. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or colleagues, this duplex offers ample space and amenities to accommodate everyone in your group. This side-by-side duplex sleeps 16 comfortably. Your group can choose to merge together or stay separately during your stay right next door to each other. Please read below for more information and look through our photos.

2 Private Entries: Each duplex has its own private entry. Enjoy the convenience and privacy of two separate entrances, making it perfect for large groups or multiple families. (see pictures for more information)

2 Fully Stocked Kitchens: Each duplex has its own kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances and essentials needed to cater to your group. This option is perfect for the holiday cooking and preparations, as your group can independently cook, prepare and combine meals together or separately. (see pictures for more information)

2 Comfortable Living Spaces: Each duplex has its own living room. The spacious living rooms feature comfortable seating and entertainment options. Great idea for added privacy, adults and children. (see pictures for more information)

2 Dining Areas: Each duplex has its own dining room. Enjoy meals together in two separate dining areas, or combine your groups together in one dining room, this is perfect for larger group gatherings. (see pictures for more information)

The bedrooms are furnished with a uniqueness, ceiling fans with remotes, electric beds, 50inch smart TVS (amazon prime and discovery), office desk, blackout curtains, iron, ironing board, clothing hangers, etc. The bathrooms come fully stocked with a bidet, bath towels, hair dryer, toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, etc. (see pictures for more information)

4 Additional Bedrooms Upstairs: Each duplex has 2 bedrooms upstairs, ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. The bedrooms are furnished with a uniqueness, ceiling fans with remotes, electric beds, 50-inch smart TVS (amazon prime and discovery), office desk, eating areas, blackout curtains, iron, ironing board, clothing hangers, etc. (see pictures for more information)

Our duplex is perfect for large families, groups of friends, or business travelers needing a spacious and comfortable place to stay. With its generous layout and multiple amenities, it’s designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

"Free reign of the entire home minus the locked closet". For peace of mind, our personal belongings are not kept in the house. During your stay you will have access to everything in the whole house and back yard. We do not dispose of unopened foods, perishables, etc., that are left behind, as we pay it forward. Enjoy.

We are always available via phone or text 7 days a week from 9am-10pm, 24/7 for emergencies.

Magnolia Village is a brand-new home in a brand new and gated subdivision minutes away from HWY W. 1604. "Home to many our Vets and active Military." The traffic in the neighborhood is minimal and paced due to the gated entrance. The neighborhood is humble, safe and family oriented. There is a kiddie park 30 feet from the home. Tons of extra parking. Two pavilions are readily available.

Our stunning and spacious home, meticulously handcrafted and decorated by Lady Rebeca herself. With a deep love for art, craftsmanship, and community, Rebeca has transformed her new duplex into a warm and inviting haven for guests. Every piece of wood furniture in this home has been carefully refurbished by Rebeca, reflecting her love for secondhand stores and supporting local businesses. Her creativity shines through in her unique blend of comfort and style. Rebeca’s goal is to go above and beyond in providing hospitality. She genuinely loves serving her guests and values their feedback, constantly seeking ways to improve their experience. Her kindness and giving nature make her an exceptional host who is always ready to ensure that your stay is memorable and enjoyable.
No pets, due to severe pet allergies. No smoking, no vaping, due to health issues. Please be considerate of our neighbor's rest and space. No Party's or loud noise after 11pm. Party and events are welcome. Party planning/setup available if needed.
