Vårt hem ligger på andra våningen i en charmig, historisk duplex i det mycket eftertraktade Hi-Pointe-området, mindre än en halv mil från det sydvästra hörnet av Forest Park (St. Louis Zoo, Art Museum, Missouri History Museum, tre 9-håls golfbana, The Muny, etc.).
Det rymliga vardagsrummet har komfortabelt 6 med en stor soffa och två fåtöljer, alla centrerade kring en underbar, elektrisk spis och 48 tums TV med lokala kanaler och Apple TV-konsol.
Matsalen har sex vid ett bord vid höjden, perfekt för familjemåltider eller spela ett av de många tillgängliga brädspel.
Köket är fullt utrustat med spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, skräpavfall, ismaskin och nya köksredskap från Farberware.
"Bonusrummet" är fästet från köket, som kan användas som ett extra sovrum. Den har en dubbelsäng / full våningssäng, TV, DVD-spelare och fler spel.

Great Stay!

My friends and I had come to visit St. Louis for vacation, and this house was spacious enough for 6 of us, had plenty of amenities to enjoy. Andria and Brittany were quick to communicate and were very helpful.

Close to WashU and Forest

Spacious living room and dining room with lots of seating and a table for large family. Convenient location because it is close to WashU and Forest park and walkable to restaurants. Clean and matched photos.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a great stay here last weekend (with 3 kids 10 and under). Perfect location, very clean, comfy beds and soft towels. Brittany was very responsive to a couple questions we texted her. Great for families - they had all the things you would need for little ones and a room full of toys, books, kids DVDs, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Felt like home away from home

The landladies there were amazing and knowing that we had the kids, one who is under two, they had all the things we didn't about to grab. It is a second floor and they had a baby gate ready for us to put up when we there, a pack and play, and a even a higj chair seat. They had a variety of toys and movies available and were very understanding and gracious when our kids decided to do the opposite of what they were suppose to do (such as running instead of using soft feet.) The kitchen is fully stocked and we saved money by being able to cook our meals rather then eating out for every meal. They were also in the middle of all the attractions and our family. Overall it was an amazing stay and we truly felt at home away from home.

Warm and welcoming home away from home

Trying to find last minute emergency housing for a family with three young children and a dog is not easy when a hotel is not an option. We were so grateful to find this gorgeous historic home with a fully stocked kitchen for homemade meals, a washer/dryer, toys, books, movies, games, and any spice you might need as well. It is spacious and has tons of beds, there are many parks and playgrounds nearby, and was super convenient to get on and off the highway.

Great stay!

We had three adults and two kids in our stay. It was perfect. The location was excellent to things we wanted to check out (zoo, arch, city museum, sculpture park). Communication with the owner was excellent as well; she answered all of my questions faster than ever expected and helped us borrow an item we forgot to bring along! Everything was clean and exactly as described. We will likely be back as it was a great “meet in the middle place” for us! Thank you!

Terrific St Louis Stay

A very convenient location for Wash U families and easy access to downtown and the airport. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Offstreet parking a plus. Overall a quiet, comfortable, cozy apartment.

Graduation stay

This was a great place to gather the family for our daughter’s WashU graduation. We could even walk to campus and the zoo. Very comfortable and well located. We will be back in 2 years for our son’s graduation and hope to stay here.

Wonderful place to spend our family Christmas in St. Louis!

This place is adorable! It is incredibly clean and offers all the amenities anyone could want. We were a bit worried about the 3rd bedroom (porch), but were pleasantly surprised and LOVED the space. Our daughter and her new daughter slept in the bunkbeds and loved it! We could not have asked for more. This is one of the nicest VRBO homes our family has stayed in for some time! Brittany and her sister were amazingly responsive and have created a remarkable, warm, family space!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located house

The house worked well for our group with three separate places to sleep. The house is extremely well located, close to the expressway, the zoo, and Forest Park. It is located on a busy street, but the house was relatively quiet considering the nearby traffic. We would stay again if circumstances necessitated us needed a VRBO in St. Louis.

Price is right or even a little low for size, location, and quality; hosts were very helpful

A/C went out morning of our stay before we arrived. Hosts quickly adapted and offered another of their rentals (directly adjacent) for same price though it typically rents for more. Hosts communicated well throughout our stay and were very accommodating. Location has noise from busy street; the rental's white noise machine is appropriate and helpful. The rental is centrally located for many St. Louis attractions. Overall, price is right or even a little low for size, location, and quality.

A long weekend stay

We really enjoyed the old neighborhood feel of where this apartment is located. The unit is certainly spacious: we were a family of 4, with a small dog. The streets behind it were quiet, and the proximity to the Interstate made it easy to get downtown or to the heart of Forest Park. We enjoyed exploring the quaint downtown Maplewood (Strange Donuts!!! Yum!!!), and ordered lunch from the nearby Olympia Kebob Taverna - some of the best Greek food we have ever tasted. For a family, the convenience of having a kitchen and some room to spread out by far beats staying at a hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

Comfortable space in a great location

We stayed here for two nights with my parents and my three kids. We had plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds. It is very close to Forest Park and lots of restaurants. Parking was easy as was getting in and out. The building is definitely old and there are some upgrades that could be made but it was a comfortable and great place for us to stay for a couple days.

Nice space with adequate amenities.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The coffee and basic spices/oil were also a nice touch. The only downside was the road noise. I would also recommend balancing the ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Perfect location! Great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is very well taken care of and in a great area, close to many St. Louis activities. We are a family of four with two small children and this was a perfect amount of space for us. We would definitely stay here again!
