Pointe Resort är ett gated community beläget i North Phoenix cirka 10 mil nordost om centrum och ligger intill Pointe Hilton Resort på Tapatio Cliffs. Anläggningen innehåller tre poolområden med badtunnor, toaletter, grillar och duschar samt tennis- och basketplaner på plats. Alla pooler och spa är temperaturkontrollerade, öppna och simningsbara 24/7/365, och de som stannar längre tid kan ha sin post bekvämt levererad till en av poststugorna här på plats. Amazon, UPS och FedEx paket kommer att levereras till din dörr.

I närheten ligger North Mountain Preserve där det finns många vandrings- och cykelleder. Tio golfbanor ligger inom en sju mils radie, börjar med Lookout Mountain intill vårt norr. Den närmaste stora stormarknaden ligger mindre än en mil bort för alla dina livsmedelsbehov för att fylla i ditt kök. Det finns fyra stora inomhus / utomhus köpcentra inom 5 miles, förutom många kedjebutiker och restauranger inom 2 miles eller mindre, men detta gated community är en virtuell dold oas för lugn avkoppling. Great place to stay

So glad I finally ditched hotels. This stay was hassle free and very affordable. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The western decor was fun too. The management was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Being in a gated community gave us a sense of safety. I would feel 100% comfortable staying here solo.

N Phoenix Retreat

My month stay at the condo could not have been better. Clean, comfortable, and convenient; fantastic pool area and amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom spacious and awesome. Check-in was so easy and communication with the host was clear and effortless. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect accommodations

Great accommodations and location! The unit is nicely apportioned, clean and in a convenient location. Complex has three pools and this unit is centrally located and steps away from the largest pool. It’s a short drive to north mountain, restaurants, bars and shopping. For a nice, lengthy stay for a couple this is a perfect choice.

Needs updating

This condo development had beautiful, and well-maintained grounds. The management company was easy to work with and responsive when questions arose. The condo itself was the downfall. The living room furniture, which consisted of a couch and chair were super uncomfortable, stained and in dire need of replacement. The dining are table and chairs, while they appeared nice, were extremely heavy to move on the carpet and the metal cut-out copper design made them sharp and difficult to pull out. I wouldn't have wanted little kids around them. The carpet felt gross. It was dark brown so not a lot of spots were visible. I hated to think what was really in that carpet. The condo upstairs must have had a dog or two as we heard them running across the floor until 12 and sometimes at 2 am many nights. They barked a lot when I assumed the owners were gone.

Better than expected for the price

This place was better than I expected for the price, compared to other VRBOs in the Phoenix area. The complex was very safe and comfortable. The pool area and outdoor grilling area was very easy to get to and make use of. The apartment itself was well stocked, perhaps could use an updated toaster but I only used it once. Venturing to the nearest grocery store a short distance away was a little uncomfortable and was not exactly in the best neighborhood, so I would recommend going further away for grocery shopping. This was the perfect private space that I needed to get work done and managed to make all meals at home and didn't eat out once the entire week (important during this pandemic). The internet was fast and reliable to log into live conference lectures throughout the entire week. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, but check instructions were a little scarry

We loved the place and the check-in experience ended up good. But, they send you check-in instructions that I felt put too much burden on the customer. Specifically, the instruction tell you to contact a person in advance (via either text or email) but then say that if that person does respond, you need to contact their office and if you do not do so, you may not be able to check in when you want to. In our case, we sent an email to that person and they did not respond. We then sent a text and they did not respond. We then contacted their office but before the office got back to us, the the check-in person finally responded. Everything was perfect after that.

Nice place and convenient.

Although the furniture was dated; the condo was convenient and very easy to get to highways. Parking was close. We enjoyed our stay and the restaurant recommendations.

Great way to spend a month

The condo was clean and airy. The weather was GREAT— nothing above 89! We had everything we needed. Great location—first floor, near the pool and grills. People are friendly, and the staff was always working to keep things nice. Well worth the money!!

Nice Place in North Phoenix

Good sized 1 bedroom condo with large bathroom, oversize tub, WIC and dual vanity sinks. Living, dining room and moderately equipped kitchen. Small private terrace with table and chairs. Fluffy bathroom and pool towels. Bedding and pillows could use a refresh, but were adequate. Furniture a bit worn, but quite serviceable. Washer and dryer located en suite. Great location in a gated complex in the Tapatio Cliffs section just south of the Hilton on north 7th Street. Excellent, well maintained pool facilities with hot tub and pool heated perfectly for wintertime swimming. Friendly residents and on site manager, who was very helpful. Would recommend this rental and return again in the future.

Awesome private get away with full amenities!

Great place with close access to many things in and around Phoenix area. Full kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, stove/oven/micro, and dishwasher that allowed us to have breakfast right on our balcony every morning while there, keep cold items for snacking/drinking, and was a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day when we took day trips around the area. Easy access to the highway, groceries were close, many restaurants and bar/grills within 15-30 min's in various directions. Also it was very quiet with close access to one of the 3 pools on site while we were there. TV in living room and bedroom for those times when you just want to chill there and have a cocktail inside. None of the hustle/bustle associated with hotels, or door slamming in the middle of the night from uncaring travelers. Hiking trails very close, or road trip to Sedona is only about 2.5 hrs. When we come back for house hunting, we will definitely see if the property is available to stay at again!

All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365! It's just a short 1/2 mile walk to hiking trails at North Mountain. Those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door. All our properties feature free WiFi.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away and there are three major supermarket chains within just 2 miles for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico.
