Upstairs, you'll find a serene bedroom with a plush queen bed and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind after a day of beach adventures. The first floor features a comfortable single-size sofa bed, a second smart TV in the living room, and a full bathroom for added convenience. With two full bathrooms in total, this bungalow comfortably accommodates up to three guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, a stove, microwave, blender, and a drip coffee maker for those essential morning brews. Each room is fitted with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable stay in any season.

Step outside and enjoy the shared outdoor amenities, including a sparkling pool, a spacious main ranch with a dining table for eight, and a secondary ranch with outdoor seating for six, perfect for lounging with a drink in hand. Four sun loungers sit next to the secondary ranch, inviting you to soak up the sun in paradise.

Potrero divides into two main areas. From the Flamingo area in the south, you'll enter a neighborhood (small residential development) called Surfside. It runs from the beach just inland. Following your way, you'll get to Potrero Bay. You can find many fabulous restaurants, stores, the Costa Rica Sailing Center, and even breweries. The new Marina in Flamingo is minutes away. To the north, you will encounter Potrero's local town, which is similar to all of Costa Rica's traditional beach towns: a soccer field, school, church, smaller homes, sodas (local restaurants), and a few essential grocery stores (pulperías). The town is near beaches Playa Penca and Playa Prieta, and further north you will find the enchanting Las Catalinas Town, which has access to astonishing beaches like Playa Danta and Dantita.

- IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
-The owner lives on the property but will not disturb you during your stay, his apartment is separate from the units you have access to.
-Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.
