As part of The Inn at Little Harbor located at 611 Destiny Dr, Ruskin, FL 33570, this Studio on the ground floor with designer touches overlooking the river. This first/ground floor private condo is about a 2-3 minutes walk to Bahia beach and steps to the pool. Equiped with a Kitchenette with fridge, Microwave, sink, in counter hotplate, dishwasher, filter coffee maker. 2 luxurious queen beds in beautiful island decor. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! Community heated pool and hot tub, playground! Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscape! Restaurants just steps away and even a tiki bar and live entertainment every night! JUST Get away and RELAX!

Wonderful Studio rental with two queen beds and kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, in counter hotplate, coffee maker and island, just steps from the beach walking distance to two fantastic restaurants and bars. Relax under the palm trees, walk on the boardwalk, fish on the pier or take a charter fishing boat! This gated location has all the amenities and close to everything!

Combination lock door lock, Access all of the resort amenities. The pool and hot tub have childproof locks on the gates just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate plus shuffleboard and basketball courts. Also feel free to walk the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, beach which are all just 2 to 3 minutes walk away from the condo

AS Expected

Nice rooms,nice location

Rooms were clean, and comfortable great location, close to beach and walking distance to everything. Driving distance to other beaches was close. Seen manatee, and dolphins everday near our room. Met a lot of friendly people. Tony was knowledgable and pleasant to work with.

Retreat from the Snow and Cold

Excellent place to stay. Nice amenities and safe for children. Crossing roads for young ones need adult supervision. The Beach was amazing and the Pier was fantastic.

Grandson’s birthday trip

We really enjoyed the quite safe community. My grandson enjoyed the beach, pool and playground. The room was spacious and clean. Tony is great to work with.

Perfect resort getaway.

The resort was just as described and the property was excellently maintained and clean. Anthony stayed in communication with us throughout the process. The only downside was not being able to stay longer.

January getaway

The resort area is great. Plenty to do and enjoy. Location of our unit was excellent for walking to everything we needed to. We would have preferred a couple chairs in our unit. Uncomfortable to sit on the beds or use folding chairs. Neighbors were all very friendly and helpful. We plan to return for longer. Thank you Tony.

Very Cozy Condo Near The Bay

Everything was clean and well prepared for our visit. We had a few questions to which Tony responded very quickly to our texts. My husband fished everyday and often every evening at the dock. He said the catches were better than fishing off the docks at the ocean! We will return in the future.

Great quaint location

The condo was great. There were beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels which was everything we needed for the beach. The beach was not crowded which was the main reason I picked this location, to avoid all the spring break and big touristy areas. The sand was white, lots of seashells and you can rent an umbrella for $5! The pools were also nice. We did lose power one morning because the transformer blew but Tony stayed in contact and the power was restored to the entire area by 5pm. The neighbors were super friendly and the restaurants had great food. Perfect spot for our family.

Was a nice stay except for horrible plumbing issues

Pro-The condo was nice and as expected with Hook and Sunset Grill within walking distance and we enjoyed the food and views Con-The condo is older with paint chips off the furniture and damage to some of the drawers, and it could use a good cleaning around the corners. The issue was the plumbing. Before check-in, I received an email which said there was only 1 hot water heater for the whole building (which has 2 floors of units) and you would need to let the water run for several minutes to get hot water. After about 10 minutes of running on hot I still did not get any hot water. My husband came in and put it in the middle, and we did get some warm water but the pressure was reduced. We found the hot and cold were reversed in the shower and there was sometimes only a trickle of water coming out and would even shut off. Our last shower was tepid at best with a weak stream of water. The next issue was the kicker. The sink was running slow and backed up with use. I opened the dishwasher and there was several inches of dirty water in the bottom. I tried to run a quick cycle and it backed up into the sink and soapy water started leaking on the floor. So I contacted Tony about this and the poor water pressure in the shower: he said he would contact the HOA plumbers. On Weds-power went out-was on when we came back power on but the sink and the bottom of dishwasher had dark brown sewer back up. Continued to leak out of dishwasher. We had to check out a day early
