This suite is located on the second floor. Equipped with everything you may need for a short, weekend get away or an extended time. The large open concept of the studio gives you plenty of room for a large, full kitchen, a bar with 6 barstools, seating area that includes a sofa and 2 lounge chairs, smart TV with surround sound, work area and sleeping area. A separate bathroom is equipped with double sinks, walk in shower, separate water closet and plenty of space to store your luggage and belongings.

The Kitchen: This suite has a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dish washer. It comes equipped with a coffee maker and pods, hot water kettle, full set of dishes, cutlery and glassware, as well as baking and cookings needs, such as pots and pans, cooking utensils and baking sheets.

The Water Closet: Enjoy the large, walk in shower with rainfall shower head and walk in closet. Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body wash are provided by the host from Alpine Provisions. Towels, washcloths, hand towels, robes, clothes steamer and hair dryer are all included.

The Bed: King size Dreamcloud mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets will make for a perfect nights sleep.

The Parking: Easily accessible, there is ample street parking and a large, well lit, public parking lot behind the building.

Our suite is part of a multi unit building. Three suites are located on the second floor and are all available for reservations. All guests have access to enjoy our 1st floor bar and lounge area. The bar and lounge area has a large round dinner table, 8 barstools located at the bar island and a lounge area with a smart tv.

Please be aware that the guest suites are located on the second floor of the historic building. With that said, the stairway has 20 steps that are a bit steeper than what you would find in a newer building.

Our property is a keyless entry into the building and contactless check in/check out. Your host will reach out with instructions and codes the week of your reservation.
