You'll walk into an amazing view of Long Island Sound. Then, you'll turn on the lights and be greeted by an amazing atmosphere, including our indoor wall waterfall seen in picture 4, a tastefully decorated interior, and a magnificent outdoor seating area. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. On the first floor a segment of our living space can be transformed into a 3rd bedroom in seconds.

Our home is perfectly set for a fun getaway. You could start a game at the adjacent volleyball court or take a short walk to any of the three nearby public beaches. Plus, a few great restaurants are a light walk away, giving you plenty of options for delicious meals and entertainment.

On top of that, we are within a 10 minute drive to downtown, a train station with direct train rides to NYC (a commute done daily by many locals), a patio, an outside grill & old-fashioned pizza oven, an outside shower, bonfire pit, small boat docking under the house, close to i95, close to private airport (but far enough away to prevent noise disturbance!), Yale New Haven, and plenty of Summer Events at local beaches!
