Kibayo is nestled between a lush green lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, located between Cabarete and Sosua in the North coast of the Dominican Republic.

Outdoor kitchen, indoor kitchen, living area, hammock area, pool, garden with multiple seating area's, BBQ, access to the beautiful 1500 m2 tropical garden on days that the event venue is not rented. This garden offers lagoon view and access, a secret private island, thatched seating area, tropical bar facility, multi functional shala, firepit area and two toilets.

At Kibayo we are happy to inform you about the beautiful spots, nice restaurants and fun activities that the Cabarete area has to offer.

Cabarete can be reached by (rental)car, taxi and/or bus. Buses run from Santo Domingo, Las Terrenas, Santiago and Puerto Plata. We have parking lots on our property. It is important to book in advance due to limited space.

Kibayo is situated next to a lake called Laguna Cabarete. Kite beach is within walking distance (500m), Encuentro Surf beach is within a 12 min drive, Playa Cabarete and Cabarete town are within a 7 min drive. A couple of restaurants, colmado's and bars are within walking distance.
We have a fully equipped shared kitchen for guests to use
- The check-in is at 2 pm.
- The check-out is at 11am.
- No smoking allowed in the room.
- No unregistered guests allowed in the room.
- For any meetings with your guests, please use our public areas.
- Respect the noise curfew. Quit hours between 11pm and 8am.
- No food in the bedrooms. Please use the fridge provided, this way we keep it bug free.
- Take care of the funishings. It is not allowed to take out inventory from the rooms.
- We will be forced to charge you any damage cost during your stay.
- Think green! Please prior to leaving the room, check if you have switched off the lights, air-conditioner and fan.
- Please maintain the cleanliness of your room and common ground. We clean the room daily. We change linen weekly. Used towels can be changed on request.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool opening hours 8am to 11pm.
- Free parking at own risk.
- Please respect the house rules. By misbehavoir and disrecpet of the houserules, Kibayo reserves the right to cancel your stsay and charge full length of the reservation.
