No Smoking:
Smoking in any form is prohibited inside the property.
Penalty for violation: $250

No Parties or Events:
Large gatherings or activities are not allowed without prior approval from the host (contact the host for more information about event plans).
Penalty for violation: $250

No Pets Allowed:
Pets are not permitted, except for service animals with proper certification.
Penalty for violation: $150

Quiet Hours:
Maintain moderate noise levels, especially during the following hours: after 10:00 p.m. and before 5:00 a.m.
Penalty for violation: $100

Number of Guests:
Only the number of guests included in the reservation is permitted.
Penalty for violation: $75 per person (no guests under 15 years of age allowed)

Care of Facilities:
Maintain the rooms and surrounding areas clean at all times. This includes no vomit, feces, blood, or any bodily fluids in any part of the rooms or common areas. Do not break, stain, or damage any items such as furniture, appliances, decorations, or structural elements of the property.
Penalty for violation: $500

Door Security:
Ensure all doors and windows are closed when leaving the property for safety.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy:
Check-in time: From 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may incur an additional cost (equivalent to the nightly rate).

Key Return:
Keys must be handed directly to the host.
Penalty for loss or failure to return keys: $150

Cleaning Rules:
The property must be left in a reasonably clean state. Wash all used dishes (plates, glasses, etc.), place dirty towels in the designated bin, and ensure all trash is disposed of in the garbage bin.

USE OF COMMON OR SPECIAL AREAS (Violation of these rules may result in a fine of $1,000)

Jacuzzi – Sauna – Tree Net

Shower before use: Guests must shower before using these facilities to maintain cleanliness.

Maximum capacity:
Jacuzzi: 4-6 people
Sauna: 5-6 people
Tree Net: 8 people

Exceeding these limits may damage the equipment, reduce its effectiveness, or cause accidents.

No children: Children under 15 are not allowed. Minors (ages 15-18) must be supervised.

No objects: Do not introduce foreign objects (e.g., glassware, toys) into the facilities.

No use under intoxication or pregnancy: For safety, avoid using these facilities while intoxicated or pregnant.

Do not adjust settings: Temperature and other parameters are preset for guest safety and comfort.

Time limit: Limit usage to 25-30 minutes to avoid dizziness or health issues. Wear appropriate attire at all times.

Proper use: Avoid jumping or engaging in activities that may harm yourself, others, or the equipment. Place a towel in the sauna seating area.

No use during storms: Do not use the jacuzzi during thunderstorms or adverse weather conditions.

At your own risk: Use facilities responsibly, and report any issues to the host immediately.

Shared Kitchen

Keep the kitchen clean: Wash and store all dishes and utensils after use.

Do not leave food unattended: Label stored food in the shared refrigerator.

Respect others: Only use your own food and maintain a peaceful environment.

Dispose of trash in designated bins.

Use appliances responsibly and at your own risk.

Common Areas (Terrace, Gardens, Living Room, etc.)

Cleanliness: Leave areas clean after use.

Noise: Keep noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours, to avoid disturbing others.

Staircases: Keep stairways clear of objects or luggage.

Furniture: Do not move furniture or use it improperly.

Privacy: Respect the privacy of other guests; do not enter others' rooms or disturb them.

Behavior: Maintain respectful conduct at all times. Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your stay.

Alcohol and parties: Alcohol consumption is allowed in common areas (for guests of legal age), but large parties are not permitted without prior approval.
Incidents: Report any issues or damages immediately to the host.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in: Full refund.

Cancellation after 24 hours: The first night is non-refundable; the remaining nights are refunded at 100%.

Additionally, the host, property owner, and employees are released from claims related to negligence, misuse of facilities, unforeseen incidents, or any other situations.
