Denna vackra och färgstarka enhet på tredje våningen har en otrolig utsikt över Mexikanska golfen att njuta av med dina familjemedlemmar från en mycket bekväm Lanai. Nytt golv, två nyrenoverade badkar och platt-TV i vardagsrum och sovrum. Köket är fullt utrustat och strandstolar och paraply tillhandahålls. Vår enhet är bekväm med hiss och tvättstuga (myntstyrd) och kontoret på plats kommer att förse vår enhet med fjärdedelar och tvål eller strand per min begäran till våra gäster. Vi vill gärna välkomna dig!

Fisherman's Cove, Siesta Key Gulf Front! Sandwiched mellan Mexikanska golfen och Blind Pass Lagoon som leder till Sarasota Bay, kan du njuta av sola eller fiska från viken eller lagunen eller kajakpaddling och paddling ombordstigning. Vår Siesta Key-plats på öns södra ände har också den bästa beskjutningen på ön. Golfvattnen ligger bara 150 meter från stranden vid stranden. Njut av romantiska solnedgångar från komforten på din lägenhets privata terrass eller direkt på stranden.

Du kan gå söderut längs vår strand och njuta av minst en mil av outvecklad fastighet. Fortsätt vidare om du vill ha många mil av lugn till Casey Key.

Ta med din båt eller hyr en för en dag eftersom båtbryggorna är gratis! Din båttrailer måste hållas borta från fastigheten och kontoret på plats kan tillhandahålla en lista över platser i området för lagring.

Varje enhet har kabel-tv, trådlös internetuppkoppling, fullt utrustat kök, en uppvärmd pool, ett klubbhus med bibliotek, shuffleboard-bana, båtlister, kajakutsättning och tilldelad parkering.

Ät middag på flera utmärkta restauranger inom gångavstånd, eller kör till Crescent Beach cirka 2. 5 mil norr där det finns en livsmedelsbutik och andra butiker och restaurangalternativ. Siesta Key Village ligger ungefär 7 mil från ön. Off off-resor tar dig till olika stadsdelar och shopping- och matplatser inom 15 till 30 minuters bilresa.

Fisherman's Cove, Siesta Key, ligger intill Turtle Beach med picknickområde, grillar och båtramp. Du kommer att köra genom Turtle Beach Park till vårt gated community - lämnar trafiken bakom. Vår södra ände av Siesta Key är känd som den lugnare änden av ön och har en avslappnad känsla. Åtgärden i den norra änden är tillgänglig via gratis vagnstjänst eller genom en av de fria åktjänsterna som fungerar för tips.

Medan du är här, kommer du att besöka Siesta Key Public Beach och sätta tårna i den världsberömda vita sanden som består av 99% ren kvarts, slutligen härrörande från södra Appalachians. Över årtusenden bar floder sandkorn in i Mexikanska golfen och söder längs Floridas kust. Dessa kvartskorn är fina utan korall- eller skalfragment, vilket resulterar i sand med en mjuk, mjölliknande struktur.

Sarasota är känt som Florida Center of Florida med många levande teatrar och konstgallerier. Definitivt värt ett besök är Ringling Campus med State Art Museum of Florida, Circus Museum och Ca 'd’Zan Mansion på Sarasota Bay. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens är en annan mycket speciell attraktion i Sarasota för både vuxna och barn.

Great place to stay. Had trouble with the air conditioning, and they brought in portable units that worked great. Quickly, I may add! Great staff and location. Thanks Bear! Beach was beautiful and not crowded. We loved it!

Great stay BUT…not B308

This was the second time we stayed in B308. The view is exactly as it looks online. This property is away from the hustle and bustle of Siesta Keys and that is why we rent here. The pool and the property grounds were very clean and well kept. We were able to see some manatees in the water behind the property and some of the famous turtle mating near the Turtle beach. Fisherman’s Cove is a great location and we will return. However it won’t be to B308. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the rental this time. The bathroom was clean, however, I bought Clorox wipes and cleaned the kitchen cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, and stove, as there were finger prints and smears all over them. The refrigerator door was stuck shut and took some effort to open it. It appeared to be leaking water onto the top shelf from the freezer which we reported to the property manager. Our first night, we noticed a horrible smell coming from the kitchen area. It seems as though something was burning. We called the emergency number and the fellow was not very helpful. When my husband called back, he was able to talk to “Bear”. He is a maintenance man who has a condo there. He came immediately to determine the plug for the hot water tank had started to burn and was black. He took care of it efficiently the next morning. We also found a blood stained pillow in the closet. The closet in the hallway contained all the beach necessities. However, there were several broken and unusable items in there. We did find two small rusted beach chairs in this closet and one fairly new high back beach chair in the spare room closet. We ended up buying one chair. The umbrella on the property was functional. The furniture is outdated and it seems as though the entire rental could use some updating with painting and appliances. The kitchen was well stocked but the cabinets were a mess inside with pots and pans thrown about. I organized them for us for the week. We were just disappointed as this rental looks neglected and it didn’t appear like anyone really took time to thoroughly clean prior to our arrival .

Fabulous location and mgmt but owner has let this unit go tired and grimy

Mgmt was excellent and an issue with a broken toaster, was remedied swiftly. Location is EXCELLENT, unit was quiet and you couldn't be closer to a private, clean beach! BUT! This unit needs a real cleaning - not just linens and the bathrooms. The sink ring was gross, the kitchen utensil drawers are full of old food crumbs, there was an open electrical outlet and baseboards coated with dust. The worst were the food stained porch cushions and pillows and a glass table under support edge that was so full of old food, sand and whatnot - we had to put a sheet over the table ick! Would we stay again? Yes, but we'd bring a ton of bleach wipes. A bit grimy for the price; owners have relied on the location for too long.

Perfect place for relaxation!!

My husband and I stayed for one week at Fisherman’s Cove 308B. It was well maintained and clean. There were some noted areas that need minor improvements, like painting etc., but these little things really didn’t matter to us. Fisherman’s Cove is toward the end of the island and away from the more concentrated people areas. It is nice to have the option to catch the trolley to siesta key beach but the small, quiet beach at fisherman’s cove serves the same purpose with less people. There was laundry available on each of the three levels which was coin operated and the cost was minimal for a load. There was an umbrella and two beach chairs available on site however, the beach umbrella was a cheaper value and it was difficult, on breezy days, to keep the umbrella from blowing apart. There were adequate dishes, pots, pans, toaster, and coffee pot. The only thing I was not prepared for was having garbage bags. The description of this location was accurate and the view of the gulf and sunsets were amazing. We will utilize this location for future vacations.

Unit was ok, disappointed with quality and service

When we checked in, the lady hardly gave us the time of day. She offered no help, seemed rushed and rude. We were shocked to see the lack of concrete in front of the rooms. Out unit needs work but it was ok plus. Poorly furnished with kitchen stuff. Closet filled with junk.

Just as shown!

This property is just as is shown! The view is the best we’ve ever had and we couldn’t stop looking at it! Sat on the lanai all the time. Super close to the beach that you can hear the waves. Easy access and private location. Was less busy than other parts of the island and loved that we could rent paddle boards at the neighboring beach park. We brought some beach chairs but was nice that they had some extras. Only small improvements would make this place even better, such as: upgrading some frying pans and baking sheets, maybe one or two more dish towels, the fridge is older and missing a shelf or would sometimes pop open, and the master bed was very firm and could use a pillow top mattress pad (just a personal preference). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. The condo met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Condo was exactly as shown in video. Rooms were bright and airy. Everything was sparkling clean and in good working order. We were skeptical about proximity of beach as shown in video but it was literally right outside the lanai. Ocean in the back and bay with boat docks in the front. Only issue we had was with noise level on the bay side. We were on the 3rd floor near the elevator. Seems that people were coming and going all hours of the day and night. Between the parking lot noise and people talking as they got on and off the elevator it was difficult at times to sleep.

great screen porch

I have gone to Siesta Key probably 35 times over the last 50 years. Most times we stayed at Aloha Kai, which has great beach and pool, but the closeness of the condos to the beach at Fisherman Cove is hard to beat. Also the great view and the nice breeze from the screen porch is as nice as it gets.
