Staycation

This was such a cute place, my kids were so excited and really felt like we were on vacation. Location was amazing, neighborhood was calm and overall loved it! Definitely would rent again

Didn’t like that we weren’t notified that the pool was closed and had been for the last six months, loved the public pool in payson. Apartment kitchen was filthy. The dishes were chipped.

Short getaway

This was a wonderful property for our family to stay in as we attended wedding festivities nearby. Lynnellen was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again.

1st Vrbo rental

Outstanding. We could not have found better accommodations. We had a competition in Springville. Long days that needed a quiet room and kitchen to recover. This is a clean, quiet charming condo. We will be back.

Everything we needed

This property was very clean. We had people arriving at various times and Lynne was very accommodating. We enjoyed having a pool and hot tub available for our use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Quiet/ Stress free Getaway

Our experience was excellent. Lynn is very accommodating and does a great job at making your stay stress free. We showed up after a long day of driving and we’re pleased to find the pantry and fridge stocked so we didn’t have to make a trip to the store

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the size of the condo and the close location to the freeway. We also enjoyed the pool. Thank you for providing some comforts of home as well (food items upon arrival).

CAUTION - POOL/HOT TUB INOP (HOA non-existent)

We only want to be honest be here and help future vacationers. Mostly everything was great. At first, Lynne, the host, was great, providing additional items, etc. The place itself was nice and comfortable. We only wished there were some dressers. We had some major issues including the A/C not working and kitchen sink leaking down to the floor, but they were quickly resolved that same day. Lynne's helper, Bonnie, was very nice and took care of those issues. While maintenance was being done, we went to the pool/hot tub. This was the primary reason for our choosing this place for our trip. Long story made short, our entire family of 6, including kids from ages 9 to 1, suffered "hot tub rash" (pseudomonas folliculitis) from using the hot tub. (The pool was NOT heated and very cold, so we mostly just used the hot tub.) This, to put plainly, completely ruined our trip. The rash covered our entire family's bodies and caused fevers and painful, itchy sores/spots. This was an extreme inconvenience. When we informed the host about this, the overall response was heartless. No accountability or responsibility was taken. No sympathy. Everything was simply directed to the recently changed, terrible HOA. Lynne openly shared with us her knowledge and experience with hot tub maintenance, but obviously neglected to personally check or verify the status and safety of this hot tub and pool, despite awareness of the lacking, non-existent HOA. She told us she tried to contact the HOA via email to which she received no response during our trip. Nothing was done about the hot tub or pool during the rest of our stay. And we received zero compensation. So, let this be a fair warning to future vacationers. If this or other listings by this host have not been updated concerning the pool and hot tub situation, then please inquire about it before booking.

Great

Host Lynn was outstanding. She attended to all our needs and went well beyond expectations to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The unit was well appointed and she even stocked it with breakfast foods. Lynn was by far the best host we have ever had using vrbo.

Executive Accommodations

I had a wonderful stay. Our family enjoyed the 2 weeks we stayed at the property. The WIFI was fast and all our devices worked. We ordered a lap top to use for the stay. The TV's had quality sound and picture. The A/C was great. We had extra bedding and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. We enjoyed rides up the canyon and fishing on this trip. We went to Young Living Farms for a week end concert! The Indoor pool and Spa were open and made for an enjoyable evening!

A safe, quiet fenced condominium community. The Club House has an indoor pool and spa, as well as a gym.
A desk is provided, high speed wifi, internet access and cable tv, Netflix, as well.
If there is any thing you need for your stay, just ask. The refrigerator and kitchen is fully stocked.
Note: we change quilts, beddings and colors in each season.
