Var vänlig medveten om att VRBO kan visa priserna i US $. De kommer också att debitera dig en serviceavgift men vi lägger inte till några extra avgifter.

Njut av dig själv i vårt lyxiga strandhus precis vid Skaha Lake bara 1/2 mil söder om staden. Huset var specialbyggd 2012 för att dra full nytta av de fantastiska sjöutsikten på alla 3 nivåer.

Vi är på en stor del av sjön men ändå nära till stan. Vi har en liten sandstrand och vattnet är ogräsfria och ganska grunt med några plötsliga drop offs så det är bra för barnen. Det finns en förtöjning boj för din båt.

Den övre delen av huset har totalt 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum;
- stor mästare (king size-säng) med eget badrum, litet däck och fantastisk utsikt över sjön
- Trådlöst internet och Netflix
- 2: a sovrummet (queen size-säng)
- TV-rum med queen size-bäddsoffa
- 2: a badrummet
- vardagsrum med litet däck och mer fantastisk utsikt
- Deluxe kök med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror

Den lägre nivån har en fristående 2 sovrums svit. Tomten sluttar mjukt ner till sjön så de flesta av den lägre nivån är faktiskt ovan jord. Det har 9 'tak med många fönster för att dra nytta av den stora sjöutsikt. Den har;
- dubbla franska dörrar som leder ut till uteplats och grillplats
- 2 sovrum, en har en queen size-säng den andra har 2 singlar som kan göras till en kung
- badrum
- fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror
- frontlastbricka / torktumlare
- luftkonditionering

Alla handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Tyvärr, ingen rökning och inga husdjur någonstans på fastigheten.

Beautiful!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Penticton at this property. The house was very comfortable for the three families traveling together. My larger family stayed on the lower level and the two other families stayed in the upstairs rooms. There was a lot of living space for everyone. It was great having the kitchen on the lower level as well as on the main floor. The children spent most of their time playing outside in the lake. There were many inflatable rafts and a kayak for the kids to play with. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the local beaver swim by every evening. Steve was very easy to get ahold of before we went on our trip and when we were staying at this property. The house was clean and tidy and had all of the amenities we needed. I was very impressed with how close the house was to town as well. It was a quick trip to the grocery if we forgot anything. Also the main beach is just minutes away with a playground and spray park for the children. I hope that we get a chance to return to this beautiful property soon!

This house was perfectly located on Skaha lake .. close to tennis courts, grocery stores, wineries

The property was well appointed with all the extras needed for a great stay... it is centrally located and close to all amenities ... there is lots to do for every age and will definitely ensured that you have a wonderful holiday for the whole family ... we played tennis, went fishing , visited wineries and local beaches, rented a boat and had great BBQ 's at home...

Beautiful house right on the water!

We recently went up for July long weekend with some close friends. Not only was the house amazing, Steve was really good to us as well! The house is absolutely beautiful and stayed nice and cool with air conditioning if you were getting too warm from the sun. We had a nice patio on the ground floor we did dinners at. It was peaceful and quiet during the evening so we could really enjoy outside. I would highly recommend this place for family get always or a nice friends vacation as well. Thanks Steve for making our July long weekend amazing!

A great place for a family vacation!

Our family was very happy with all aspects of our stay at this property. The home is very well located and has all the amenities one could ask for. The property has a nice floor plan. We had two families sharing the home (one stayed in the upper portion and the other stayed in the bottom) and it worked out perfectly, allowing for privacy when you want it. The kitchens are fully equipped making meal preparation easy. The home is well maintained and clean. The view of the lake from all levels is spectacular. I never got tired of sipping coffee in the am and looking out on the water and mountains. The owners are very helpful and made us feel at home! You will enjoy your stay!

Fabulous Skaha Lake House!

I recently stayed at this property with seven girlfriends. The owner was very timely in his communication with me in the lead up to the stay. The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances so we cooked a lot. The view from the main floor and the master bedroom are incredible. We had a fun time hanging out on the dock and eating meals on the patio. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great escape on Skaha Lake

Very clean, well organized and nicely decorated home. Right on the lake. Easy bike into Penticton. Several excellent wineries close by. Place to tie up boat, or indulge in several different water sports.

A View that is Spectacular

We just experienced the most beautiful setting in a Beautiful Lake Front Home. With having the stress of planning our Daughters Wedding, we had this beautiful place to bring her to and have the last few hours before her wedding just us. All of us were able to relax and enjoy the peace that just looking at the lake or enjoying the stars at night gave us. Steve and Gil were absolutely a joy to work with. We would recommend this Beautiful Lake Front Home to stay at. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank You So Much Steve and Gil. Having your beautilful place to stay at for the weekend of our daughters wedding made everything PERFECT!!!!!!!!

Great Place

This place had everything that a big group of friends can ask for. Waking up in the morning with breakfast and coffee was a plus by enjoying the view of Skaha Lake with friends. The afternoon BBQ's was terrific and when it came to night time, you can enjoy a fire at the edge of the lake. This place is well located near the heart of the city and was near mostly all big chain stores if you're missing anything. Steve was very helpful and accommodated with everything I asked for. This place will be my first choice when I do come back to the city.

This house is amazing!! The home was clean well stocked with everything you could need or want. Steve the owner was responsive and helpful with any request. We are definitely going to come back again! We had a bonfire at the beach, took the kayak out and enjoyed sunsets and sunshine!

We lived in Calgary and often came to the Okanagan for vacations. Penticton was always our favourite place. It offers a great combination of nice weather with a relaxed lifestyle but still with plenty of options for things to do. And of course it has the lovely Skaha Lake.

We worked with a home planner to create a custom design that would take advantage of the lakefront location. The result is a unique property that is modern and spacious but also comfortable and traditional.
