Reunion resort was very nice and clean.

Great place to stay the only negative comment was the pool/grill was never opened.

Beautiful Rooms, beautiful grounds!!

We had such a great time here. The kids absolutely loved the pools and the staff was wonderful. It was a quick 10 to 15 min to Disney. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great getaway

The villa was perfect for our needs. The pool area was a bit dirty with leaves covering the bottom but still usable and fun. We will def keep this place in mind when we come back to visit Disney. The amenities were amazing!

Great Trip

Great trip and location. Love staying at Reunion. Been many many times. Room was spacious and clean and very accommodating. Only downside was the front desk trying to sell us on the 90 min sit down, even calling the room one morning asking and the no golf course view. Overall would stay again and loved our getaway.

Will never stay here again

Not happy with our stay. This is not a typical resort. It’s more like a community that you have access to amenities. Pools are not heated as stated. Water park hours were not relayed so we got to water park day of check in and they were closed at 6:15pm. Second day of stay got to water park at 11am and just missed the cut off due to occupancy restrictions that were also not relayed to us. We spent more time driving around trying to find pools then actually relaxing. This resort is overpriced for what it is. The room was very clean and comfortable but that’s about it. The pools need to be redone. We will not be staying here again. We were expecting a luxury stay with lots of fun for the kids and it was not up to par with the resorts we are used. We paid more and got less with Reunion. Will not stay here again. Very disappointing

As expected

We stayed with 5 Adults and 3 children (4,5, & 6). The space was as described. Kitchen amenities were adequate. There was service for 10 and the table sat 8 which was perfect for us.

COULD NOT FIND MY RESERVATION OVER AN HOUR TO GET CHECKED IN. was told to wait till morning to order thanks giving dinner sold out the next morning . and got conformation on it the night before had to lose a whole day to cooking .ws not 2 miles as stated from disney .you could not see fire works from roof top construction you failed my family jo0hn sullivan will have my own IT DEPARTMENT SEND OUT RATTING TO GOOGLE REVIEWS ON YOUR SITE THANK FOR THE HORRIBLE EXPERINCE JOHN SULLIVAN

We had a great time! The apartment was clean and way larger than it appeared in the photos. Very worth our money and we spent all day at the water park which was a five minute walk!

Buyer Beware. Do not Book.

Nice from the outside, but once you book, you’re on your own. Broken AC. It took maintenance TWO HOURS to arrive, press a few buttons and leave. Still broken. 83 degrees inside unit. Summer and 96 degrees outside. Called again, spoke to “Sydney”, and she said she would have them come back. They never arrived. Nobody called, nobody reached out regarding the issue. We visited Magic kingdom the following day. The owner “JAN” messaged me while we were at the park saying maintenance could possibly arrive to the unit. We weren’t comfortable with having them in our unit, alone, with our valuables. No mention of the previous failed attempt to fix the issue. I took photos of the thermostat and sent them to Jan. I asked to be compensated atleast one day for the inconvenience; Silence. I haven’t heard back from Jan. It’s simple. Don’t book this unit. This is not to shame Reunion Resorts. This is simply to warn you about the owner of this unit. They simply do not care, and have gone silent since. Save yourself the headache and find another listing. It’s a shame.

Excellent home away from home!

The condo was beautiful and roomy. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay and made family memories that we will treasure. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our room keys until we understood that we should keep them away from our cell phones, but the staff helped us replace them willingly three times that first day! Overall, I highly recommend the property and resort. We will very likely return soon.
