Comfortable and clean

The apartment comes with most of the items needed for a long stay. I bought a coffee maker and 2 extra pillows. If you like spending time on the beach you will need to buy beach chairs and beach towels. ( often available in other units). Otherwise perfectly comfortable for a long stay.

The property has a great and quiet location, everything is in the immediate vicinity. I had booked the accommodation the last 3 years, everything was always great. Hope I can book this accommodation again next year. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Super, kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Es ist eine schöne und funktionale Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Direkte Strandnähe, zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage. Auch das Ein - und Auschecken ging problemlos vonstatten. Würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Möchte mich für den schönen Aufenthalt auf diesem Wege bedanken. Gruß Tomas

Excellent Condo

I was extremely happy with my stay at the condo. The condo offered everything a single person or couple would need so as to enjoy their stay in Jomtien Beach. The condo was comfortable and offered a wonderful view from the 11th floor. The condo's location was also perfect. It was approximately two blocks from the bus station for those taking the bus from the airport. It also had a good grocery store nearby and was very close to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay in this condo again when visiting the Pattaya area.

Great location and great studio apartment

Great location and great studio apartment. The price was a very good value for Pattaya. The swimming pool was very large and very clean. I liked that there were stores on the first level to buy groceries and book taxis etc. All in all, a nice place to visit and relax. Highly recommend this place to all!

Excellent location at a great price

We had a lovely stay at the Jomtien apartment rented through Hamish the owner. Our room was very spacious and clean with Thai charm! It was great value too, the location beside the beach is away from the party area so you can sleep at night in peace and quiet, but you can walk there in minutes. We used the pool at the apartment a couple of times for an early evening swim then eat at the poolside restaurant. Linda helped us rent motorbikes and local sims for our cell phones for our stay. We loved having the convenience store and laundry on the first floor as you walked in. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Check in/out fuss free even though we arrived really early in the morning. Recommended for value travelers.

My vacation was ruined after renting here!!

Run away from this listing folks! I cannot express more strongly how horrible my experience was in this apartment! During my stay, both the power and water were shut off, making the place uninhabitable. The apartment owner flagrantly ignored paying his utility bills for months, and his manager was nonexistent. I was forced to rent another place. My vacation was turned nightmarish because of this listing's owner. Don’t let this happen to YOU!

Great Condo

Great Condo......with excellent location for me. Moped bike rental right out the front gate of the entrance......along with 7-11, pharmacy, restaurants...ect. There was a nice view of the island (Ko Lan i think) and always a nice breeze blowing in the room.......i hardly had to use the Air Con. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the condo very much/die Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen

the condo was perfect, I found everything I needed, it was very well kept, clean, quiet, no noisy neighbors. Linda, the person in charge of the place did a very good job. The description and the photos were accurate. Die Wohnung war perfekt, ich habe alles vorgefunden, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt, ruhig, es gab keine störenden Nachbarn. Die Betreuung durch Linda, die Verwalterin, war sehr gut. Die Beschreibung und die Photos entsprechen genau der Realität.

Great spot near the beach

My husband and I stayed in this self contained flat for 3 weeks in July. It was very clean and we always felt safe with the friendly security staff downstairs 24/7. We wanted a self contained flat near the beach but not in down town Pattaya. This flat owned by Hamish (an Aussie, not a native Scot) was perfect and he made our first stay in Thailand a breeze. Linda who manages the place for Hamish, made us acquainted with everything in the flat when we arrived and recommended some great place to eat nearby. The wifi and TV and all the appliances were top notch. The beach is 75 yards away and the shops on the ground floor were great for our laundry and food supplies. We would recommend this property to anyone.

A fabulous Jomtien Holiday!!!

We had the best time staying in Hamish condo in Pattaya. Jomtien is such a hidden gem compared to the bustle and hustle of downtown Pattaya. The condo was perfect for our stay and exactly as Hamish described. The room was spotlessly clean for our arrival and although the aircon was great it was nice to just relax and cool off with the ceiling fans. Great location so close to the beach and all the amenities you can think of right in the lobby. Linda the property manager was great at organizing a car from the airport and helping us settle in.

Jomtien beach is 5km south of Pattaya city and a convenient 1.5 hour car ride from Bangkok airport. I always like the easy option of being able to relax at home, go shopping or get out into the local night life action depending on my mood and Jomtien is perfect for that.

24 hour Security and convenience of an apartment within 50m of the beach and ONLY 1.5 hours from Bangkok airport. All the facilities such as laundry, restaurants and food stores are available on the first floor. Great pool with restaurant to relax around if you don't feel like going to the beach.
