Windjammers 304

Wonderful location, easy access to the beach, fun set up for families. Our condo was very outdated and was clean but old wear and tear and had a smell. Would definitely stay at windjammers again but would not stay in the same condo. Seems that others are nicer,cleaner and more up to date than others.

perfect beach stay

the property is right on the beach, which is a huge bonus. the place is overall clean but does need a nice deep clean. there was a lot of room for the 5 of us and it was walking distance to mini golf, restaurants, and bars. the bus spot was very close to the property also (on 45th). i will definitely be renting from here again.

Over all a nice place

Good location, close to convention center and on the beach. The place was nice and clean, 2 things did bother us, the microwave was burnt and black in side and the shower curtain at the bottom of it was nasty…needs replaced.

Beautiful!

We came here for a bachelorette party - 5 girls total and it was a blast. 3rd floor had a beautiful oceanfront view. As soon as we arrived you could smell how clean the unit was!! Super quick walk to the beach. 2 blocks from seacrets! Condo is super cute and beachy! I can’t complain about anything.

Ok for a weekend

As others noted, there is sand everywhere, but the unit was otherwise clean. Everything in the unit was run down and could use updating. Everything functions, but there were only 3 forks. The ac cooled the air, but smelled musty. Access to the beach was great, and the sand patio was nice to have. You get what you pay for.

Perfect!

The condo was perfect for my husband, myself and our kids. Perfect location. Not too close to the boardwalk, perfect beach access and lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Would def stay there again!

Rental

Floor was dirty with sand throughout apt. Coffee cup and other dishes were dirty. Light over dining table and in the hall did not work. TV in 2nd bedroom did not work and beds were not that comfortable. Tub drained slowly. Closets are full of junk and broken or dilapidated items. Sheets and towels were clean. We was charged a cleaning fee so therefore floors should of been cleaned on arrival.

Pluses and Minuses

This location suited our needs nicely and is pet friendly. However, there is no elevator and we had a 3rd floor unit. The view was excellent but since we are in our 70's, would have liked to have an elevator. Also, the unit could use a good cleaning. There was no hair dryer and the pans need to be replaced.

Nice people , just poorly taken care of

The lady working the front desk was very nice, however the room was not in as nice condition as the pictures make it out to be . Poorly cleaned . The smell was terrible, we had to leave the doors open for the first few hours, and the smell never really went away. The back hallway smelled like urine bad. The door to get in and out was miserable. Sliding door that was bound and stuck and the lock barley worked. The view was good however the conditions were less than par. We were pretty unhappy with our stay. Our bedding surely was not cleaned before our stay. Wrinkled sheets that still had hair in them. Not what I would of expected of this establishment.

Two TV remotes did not have batteries. It was not handicap accessible and I came with a leg cast. Twin bed is broken. Lock to entrance door would not lock.

Mediocre at best

The unit was less than clean. There was sand on the bedding and furniture. Had to sweep the floor before walking without shoes. The AC unit in the master bedroom acted up. The kitchen was clean though.
