In the heart of the Dolomites, it is a popular destination for both summer and winter holidays thanks to its unique mountain landscape. The apartment with a mountain view consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and one single bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The family-friendly apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday and is equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. A washing machine and an iron can also be provided upon request and a shared table tennis table available for your use. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony and a garden which is shared with the other residents of the villa and where you can relax with a glass of wine on mild summer evenings. Restaurants, cafe and bars can be reached on foot within a 7-minute walk and the nearest supermarket is located a 3-minute walk away (210 m). The cable car St. Ulrich - Seiser Alm is also just 13 minutes away on foot (800 m). This is the perfect accommodation for sports and nature enthusiasts as in addition to traditional Alpine skiing, there is also a wide range of leisure activities in the area such as snowshoeing, ski tours, heliskiing, skiguiding, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. The area is also famous for the Dolomiti Superski, a harmonious carousel with 12 skiing areas and state of-the-art lift facilities with a good 1,200 km of daily groomed and sunny slopes.
