The house in Kanfanar is surrounded by greenery. It is beautifully and carefully designed, promising a relaxing holiday. It is in the centre of Istria. The house was built in 1900 and renovated in 2014.

The pool is currently being built and will be ready by the end of May. A roofed terrace, a grill and two parking spaces are available.

It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the other with two single beds. The living room provides a sitting are and the sofa can be used as a bed for two people. The location makes it easy to get to all beautiful little towns and beaches in Istria. It is an excellent starting point for trips throughout Istria. Shops, restaurants, bars, a bank, a petrol stations are just a short drive away, along with the beaches 16km away, the west coast (with romantic sunsets) and the eastern shore with crystal clear water. You can go on a trip along the west coast and visit the towns Porec and Rovinj. Enjoy your wine in the shade and breathe in the combination of fresh sea and country air. Art lovers are recommended to visit the town Savicenta.

This beautiful holiday house built in an original style is in a little village in quiet surroundings near Rovinj. The central location on the peninsula makes the house a good starting point for trips throughout Istria. You can relax in the sun by the pool and take the occasional refreshing dip.
