This air-conditioned holiday flat is located on the second floor of a four-storey building without a lift. It is ideally located in the centre of Agadir and not far from the beach.
The flat has two balconies and a barbecue. Parking spaces are available.
The sunny, renovated 90 m² flat is fully furnished and sleeps eight people. It has a living room with a large Moroccan-style sofa, two double sofa beds, satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. The kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker and fridge. The first bedroom has a double bed and two chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds, a table and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath and toilet.
The flat is just 200 metres from restaurants and shops. The beach, where you can also jet ski and surf, is 400 metres away.
A Land Rover Defender is available at an additional cost (please enquire). It has air conditioning, seats seven and is an ideal companion for an exciting trip to the nearby desert or the nearby towns of Marrakech, Ourzazat and Taroudant. Wi-Fi internet connection is available in the flat.
