Comfortable apartments mostly with a sea view and near the beach. Enjoy the authenticity of the region on tours or while having a drink on the property’s café terrace
The house is on a hill and is about 100 metres as the crow flies from the famous sandy beach Duce.
The four-storey guesthouse was built in 2002. The ground floor has a dining room with an open fireplace and a roofed coffee terrace with a sea view. It also has a bar, gastronomy, a laundry room and a TV room, as well as an Internet station and a games and leisure room with table football, a pool table and darts. There is an apartment for two people on the ground floor. The guesthouse also has a holiday apartment on the first floor and there are nine guest rooms on the second and third floors.
There is parking space for 14 cars in the enclosed courtyard. Wireless Internet access is available and free throughout the house. Air conditioning can be used at a supplementary charge. There is no heating.
The owners offer their guests half board if required. This includes a sumptuous breakfast and different daily evening menus. The meals are served in the dining room on the ground floor. In between times and in the evening there the bar is open, so you can enjoy coffee specialities, juices, wine, cocktails and other drinks (all payable) in the restaurant or on the café terrace in the shade or in the sun, surrounded by plants and with a view of the sea. The owners are happy to meet individual requirements wherever possible, so that guests will feel at home. They can also arrange a grill evening for the whole guesthouse if there is sufficient interest.
Just 100 metres away extensive sandy beaches await you, the most popular in the region, with cafés, pizzerias, snack bars, pedalo hire etc. You will definitely like it here. There are a range of good restaurants within 500 metres. During the day beach volleyball is also played on the nearby sandy beach. The sea in this area is gently shelved and calm. There are no hotels and the surroundings are natural. Omis, a kilometre away, was a notorious pirate den in medieval times. There are two well-preserved medieval fortifications, “Mirabela” and “Fortica”, which are worth a visit. Both lie above the town and afford a wonderful all-round view, towards the inland area and towards the sea.
The apartment measures 170m² and occupies the whole first floor of the house. It has four bedrooms for eight people and a supplementary bed. It also has a living and dining room of around 40m² with an open, fully-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The first bathroom has a bath, shower, two washbasins, a bidet and a WC. The second bathroom has another shower and a WC. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), but no balcony or sea view. The second bedroom also has a double bed (200 x 200cm), a sofa bed for one person and a balcony with a sea view. The third bedroom, without a balcony, has a bunk bed and a sea view. The fourth bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a terrace with a sea view. The apartment is equipped with a telephone and wireless Internet, as well as the possibility to do laundry. There are two air conditioning units, one in the living and dining room, and one in the hallway. The air conditioning can be used at a small charge. The apartment also has a fireplace and central heating.
