Huset har ett lämnande rum, matsal, litet sittgrupp ur sovrummet och ett fint kök i granit. Så långt utanför har den en sluten bakgård och en brygga. Den har också en skärmad veranda och en liten veranda med en trädgård.

Bryggan är 70 fot bred och passar lätt en 30ft båt på grund av hissplatsen. Hiss ingår inte i hyran.

Huset har 3 sovrum, sovrummet har en king size-säng och en liten garderob. Master badrummet är helt nytt, har en dubbel fåfänga och en dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det tredje sovrummet är ett barnrum med en full / två våningssäng och en tillägg två enkelsängar. Dessa två rum delade det andra badrummet.

House är ett typiskt gammalt FL-hus med många renoveringar och uppgraderingar.

Wonderful Christmas Week

We had a great time at the property. The house was very clean, and comfortable. Nice private and quiet neighborhood. The dock was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great family weekend!

Very clean home and in a great location within Naples. Owners have been so accommodating and very pleasant. Fished right off the dock! Be sure to bring mosquito repellant though since it's on a canal.

This home was completely renovated after the storm, so everything is new and very well-done. The home is spacious and would be great for a family get-together. It’s located in a cool neighborhood, just a short drive or Uber to downtown Naples, and right on the canal. The owner was responsive and professional. WIFI was very good. It’s a very well-maintained and comfortable home! I would visit again without hesitation.

Fantastic, Relaxing, Spacious Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this recently renovated roomy home on a canal. Very spacious, which was perfect for our family. Great location! We were able to walk to several delicious restaurants and a fabulous coffee shop. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dogs to run around in, they loved it too!! The owner, Guillermo, was very easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit!

Back to the town I was raised in

Every year I visit Naples, this year I decided to stay for a longer time so we rented a house. The house was in great shape and very comfortable. Close to things to do. Actually one street over from the street I grew up on. I would recommend this house to my friends. It was a little more house than we needed, it could accommodate two or three families. Also we had our dogs with us, and the backyard was perfect for them. It was hot in July, so they didn’t spend a lot of time outside. But it had adequate fencing so I didn’t have to worry about them getting away from us.

A Great Home Away from Home

This great house has a wonderful layout. Quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. Within walking distance to several good restaurants. We felt right at home in this home away from home.

Nice home with lots of room for a large group to spread out -- living room with large screen TV, dining room, sitting room, and screened in patio. Quiet location only a short distance to shopping, dining, etc. Owners friendly and responsive.

Fantastic location

This house was roomy, had very nice appliances, comfortable beds and great furniture. We loved the screened in porch, from which we saw wild parrots, blue herons with their babies, and manatees. Yes, we saw manatees almost every couple weeks, right in the canal in the back yard. We were only 4.5 miles from Naples fishing pier, which was easy to bicycle, and only 1.5 miles from the East Naples Community Park (where the US Pickleball open is held), Bayview Park (dolphins, manatees and lots of yachts) and the Botanical Gardens. We used our bicycles constantly, but stayed on the sidewalks mostly. The location was wonderful for our dog Rex too. He chased the lizards, enjoyed the fenced in backyard and went for walks along Bayshore. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and available by phone when needed. Bring your bicycles but the place did have 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and a soft collapsible cooler to use. You won’t regret renting this house. We would definitely go back.

Terrific place

Four of us went to Naples to fish the 10,000 island area and the Everglades with a flats boat. The place worked really well. It was very clean and well appointed, we caught fish a quarter mile from the dock, and the owners were terrific. I would definitely re-up for this place the next time i’m In the Naples area.

Great stay!

My sisters and I had a getaway in this lovely and comfortable house. The home is very clean with new appliances. Can’t say enough nice things about Guillermo’s responsiveness. He answered all inquiries promptly. We would definitely return.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable home

This house was perfect for our first visit to Naples. Making the reservation was easy and the owners were responsive and courteous. The house is in a nice neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to see on our first visit. It is spacious, very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are many thoughtful items available – like coffee and sugar. We had wonderful time and this rental helped to make it so. We would rent it again and recommend that others consider renting it also.

Excellent

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Home

Our company had planned on staying in this home for about a month while working in the Naples area. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to extend our stay. The owners were friendly, flexible, and gracious. The home itself was spacious, clean, and located in a great part of the city. We would recommend this property to any of our friends or family who were visiting Naples.

We really enjoyed our time here, the house was clean and spacious. Close to downtown Naples!

We loved the house very much it fit all of our needs. We wish it maybe had some beach chairs but we donated ours when we left for the next guests. The transaction was smooth and professional with the owners. We do wish it was closer to the beach, however you are 10 minutes from the Naples pier and downtown Naples at night is really great. Tin City is also 5 minutes away by car and route 41 has everything you could need. The BBQ was a little dirty from the past renters but everything else was very clean and ready to use. Thanks for having us!

Great location for Naples Florida

We rented for 2 weeks and the time just flew by. This house is great for a family with children or 2 / 3 couples (without children) as it has lots of space. A great fenced in backyard if you bring a pet or for the kids to play in. A very quite neighborhood. The house is located about 2 miles from 5th avenue in the center of Naples so is a great location to get to the beach or so many great places to eat. Don't miss Market three-60 which is less than .5 miles walking distance from this house for great food and selection of wines. The house is furnished very well with cookware, plates and glassware for all ages (to enjoy a nice glass of wine) or for families to enjoy dinners (or any meals together). A washer and dryer make it very easy to keep up with vacation laundry, but an ample supply of towels (including beach towels) were provided. The house is very clean and well maintained. We had a small plumbing issue and Guillermo dealt with it directly with a phone call. He even sent the cleaning crew back to ensure everything was perfect after the repair. I would highly recommend renting from Guillermo as he is a pleasure to deal with. Our friends had to bring their aging dog (at the last minute) and were able to work this change out just days before the rental began.

Cute home on the south side of Naples

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little home on the south side of Naples. Elena and Guillermo Gonzalez were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The home has been updated and suited our family of 5 very well. Master bedroom and bath are separate from the other 2 large bedrooms and bath which allowed us and our 3 teenage daughters privacy. It was great to have a washer and dryer to use and beach towels were provided, which helped with packing. The home is only a mile away from the Naples Botanical Gardens, a truly lovely area to explore. It is also close to Tin City - an area with fun shops and restaurants. One drawback of the location is that we could not walk to a beach. We found the neighborhood to be quiet. Overall, this was a lovely home for us to use during our week in Naples, and the owners were wonderful.

THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR A NAPLES VACATION!!!!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in March and we absolutely LOVE this house. The location is just where you want to be. 5 min from downtown, 15 min from Marco Island and maybe a mile and a half from the botannical gardens. The Owners are just as great. Anytime we had a question or concern it was handled immediately. And the house has everything you would want as far as first class ammenities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan on it as well!!! A MUST rent if you are vacationing in Naples and are looking for a great place to stay!!!!!

We live in North Palm Beach, FL. We have 4 little kids. We also have a dog (boston terrier). We go to Naples every possible weekend! We love boating, relaxing, and the kids LOVE nice Gulf of Mexico beaches. We enjoy a lot walking Downtown Naples and eating out :)

Very well located, bike distance to downtown, 10 mins drive to the mall, very nice beaches within 10 minutes. AND BOATING with no fixed bridges and 15 to 20 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Property is not in a private community so no community services or amenities. We have been going to Naples for 15 years and just LOVE the area. We saw the house and we felt in love in the first 5 minutes, we just enjoy it as a family and with friends!!
