In the village of Brzac, on the island of Krk, is situated this new modern villa with its own swimming pool. The villa has 180 m2, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine) a bathroom and one room with a double bed
The inner staircase leads to the upper floor where are situated three double bedded rooms and one bathroom. Two rooms have access to a terrace with a sitting area offering a beautiful sea view.
The central part of the yard occupies the pool and at the pool there are six deck chairs, a covered terrace with a sitting set and a large barbecue.
The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, away from the beach 2 km, and has air conditioning and free WI-FI.
The closest restaurant and shop is 1.5 kilometers away.
From the villa you can embark on exploring the entire island because all places on the island of Krk are 10-25 minutes drive away. The island of Krk is a well known for its crystal clear sea, cycling trails, good cuisine and wines, historical sights and is excellent choice for all nature lovers and tourist attractions that this island offers.
