The accommodation
Spacious accomodation at the foot of the garden, for travellers looking for a quiet place in nature and close to the beach, but from which you can easily reach Barcelona.
It is a loft of 90m2, with open space with desk/office area, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom and cloakroom.
The loft is located in the lower part of a house built on a hillside. Each flat has a separate entrance. The use of the garden and the swimming pool is communal but the people of the house rarely appear, because of their professions.
The car can be parked free of charge in the garden or on the street in front of the house (street, very little traffic).

The surroundings
The loft is located in Vallromanes, a quiet village in the coastal mountain range of Catalonia, 15 minutes from the beach, less than 30 minutes from the city of Barcelona and 10 minutes from Alella, a village with a long wine tradition. It is also only 15 minutes from the Circuit de Catalunya and the popular outlet of big brands, La Roca Village. Vallromanes is known for its landscapes, spas, horse riding, golf course and restaurants.

Activities and attractions
- Maresme beaches (google ‘maresme-5-top-best-beaches’), Port of el Masnou, Alella, wine village, Roca Village, outlet of big brands and Circuit de Catalunya, Cinemas, 10-15 minutes by car.
- Barcelona 25 minutes by car (26 km). Costa Brava, 45 minutes drive (60 km)
- Barcelona Airport, 40 minutes away (45 km)
- Nearest train station (to go to Barcelona and avoid traffic problems), 10 minutes by car.
- From the house there are several paths for jogging, cycling and visiting prehistoric sites.
- Spas, golf courses, horse riding, paddle tennis courts, municipal swimming pools and excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Lodging rules:
- Necessary to send personal identification documentation of all guests before entering the house.
- Check-in time: 17:00 to 23:30. Check-out time: until 11:00.
- No smoking inside the loft.
- No parties are allowed.
- It is not allowed the entry or overnight stay of more people than those included in the reservation.
- Pets < 5 kg are allowed. The host must be informed immediately after making the reservation, detailing breed and weight of the animal. Please note that there are two female cats living on the farm. It is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the areas affected by the animal.

Security norms:
- It is strictly forbidden to make fire in any part of the farm and to throw cigarette butts or waste in the garden or any part of the farm.
- Access to the pool is exclusively through the stairs.
- Do not lean on the pool walls.
- Children <10 years old must bathe in the presence of an adult.
- The use of hoses, tools or garden machinery is not allowed.
