Exclusive Holiday Home in Winterberg – Perfect Relaxation All Year Round

Experience pure relaxation in our spacious holiday home featuring a sauna, hot tub, fireplace, barbecue area, and large fire pit. Be enchanted by the spectacular views of the scenic forests and mountains, and enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by nature.

The house offers space for up to 8 guests with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The inviting living room is perfect for unwinding, while a second lounge is specially equipped for children with high-quality toys. The entire house is childproof, so you can relax without worry.

Two wellness rooms invite you to indulge. Bed linen, towels, coffee beans, and three sleds are included in the price, so you can feel at home right away. A limited amount of firewood is also provided for your comfort. If you need additional firewood, please bring your own or purchase it locally.

You’ll have your own private entrance to the house, accessible throughout your entire stay. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and you can arrive at any time. A digital access link or code will be sent to you before your stay.
The entire house, including the wellness areas and garden, is available for your exclusive use.

Please note: Winterberg charges a mandatory tourist tax of €2.20 per person per night. This fee allows you to use local public transport free of charge to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The tourist tax will be requested via bank transfer before your arrival. I will also need a few personal details, such as name, date of birth, and address, to complete the required registration with the city.
