The Space:
The studio apartment is able to provide comfortable rest for two people. It consists of a seating area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is available, so the flat will be a good option for longer stays. The beautifully furnished seating area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a large wardrobe and a mirror. The studio also comes with a small balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the city. For a good start to your stay, we provide guests with free toiletries, towels and bed linen.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located at 9 Grabiszyńska Street in the Lotos high-rise building, more precisely on its 5th floor which provides a view of the beautiful panorama of Wrocław. On the ground floor of the building, there are local services such as grocery shops (e.g. Żabka), a drugstore (Rossmann), a flower shop or a Georgian bakery, thanks to which guests have the necessary infrastructure at hand. Security is taken care of by 24-hour security in the building. The location is an ideal base for exploring the city - there are tram and bus stops near the building, which will allow you to easily travel to different corners of the city. The Market Square is a 7-minute walk away, while the Main Railway Station can be reached in less than 20 minutes! At a distance of 800 m there are 2 shopping centres - Renoma and Arkady Wrocławskie.
