Penthouse apartment with terrace

Haus Heidi in Schruns is an apartment complex in a beautiful authentic Austrian building. The house was converted in 2024 from a guest house with rooms to a holiday destination with 6 apartments in different sizes. The apartments all have a kitchen, one or more bathrooms and a terrace or balcony. The location is very central and quiet, so you can really relax. Haus Heidi has a ski cellar, a room for storing bicycles and there is a play area for the children. Free parking is available directly in front of the house and WiFi is also available throughout the building. The smallest apartments are suitable for 2 people, while the largest can accommodate a group of 8 people. A combination of several apartments is of course possible, providing room for groups of up to 24 people.
This idyllic penthouse living space is available for groups of up to 6 people. The holiday home offers 3 cozy rooms, a central living room, with access to a large terrace and views of the ski area. The living ambience is enhanced by a bathroom and a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms experience, for example, their own laundry in the room. The large terrace offers a wonderful experience in place and you can enjoy the surrounding mountain world.
The parks are free of charge from the costs of Landhaus Heidi. Confidence is a WiFi connection available and in the house you will find a ski room with ski lift.
The center of Schruns with cozy restaurants, the tourist information, the main train station and the ski lift are now just a few minutes away from the building.
