Located in a quaint hillside hamlet (300 m above sea level) on the gulf of Bonassola, nestled among olive trees and close to the 5 Terre, the house is on two floors and has double independent access, on the ground floor and second floor. Bedroom and study on the second floor, living room and open kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has a gas stove top, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave, and table with two chairs; the living room has a sofa and two armchairs from which to enjoy the view and sunset over the gulf; the master bedroom and study have two balconies with sea views and ceiling fans. Outside there is a small sheltered area where you can have lunch with a table and two chairs. The house is about a 300-meter walk from the parking lot, which can be reached by asphalt driveway on a semi-plan. The car must be left in the free, public parking lot. The hamlet is walkable only on foot, there are no commercial activities (present instead in the very close Montaretto, 500 mt); in the small square, used as a meeting point, there is a delightful church worth visiting. At the end of the village, CAI trails start in both directions. Bonassola is 5 km by car and 30 min on foot with a wonderful path down the hill. Levanto, which is only 8 km away, is a typical Ligurian settlement, rich in history, where there is no shortage of restaurants, pizzerias, stores and services of all kinds. During the summer there is also a free shuttle bus to Bonassola, in addition to regular buses to Levanto.
