Exceptional villa in prime location with private pool and private beach access Casa CalaMar is a beautiful house with private beach access, located directly on the cliffs of Roche. From the 17 metre long infinity pool you have a direct view of the sea, but there are also sea views from the terrace and three of the five bedrooms. When the gate opens, you are immersed in another world. The wide driveway leads around a fountain to the front door. The house is very spacious and with its 5 bedrooms offers room for 10 people. The 60m2 living room is divided into a dining area with a large dining table, three large sofas for watching TV and chatting and a fireplace area for the colder months. The adjoining kitchen makes the hearts of all who like to cook, beat faster: a huge island, a professional gas cooker, two dishwashers and extensive equipment leave nothing to be desired. From here you can access the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a long dining table with sea views. In front of the living room is the long terrace with several seating areas and a direct view over the pool to the sea. There is a raised sunbathing area in the garden. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor: it has two single beds joined together, an en-suite shower room and its own terrace with sea views. The second bedroom is half a flight of stairs down, but also has an en-suite shower room and its own front door. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and bidet. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have access to a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. The second bedroom has three single beds. The bathroom with bath and shower is right next door. The third bedroom is very simple and has a single bed that can be pulled out into a double bed and its own small shower room.
The house is equipped with airconditioning and heating. The outside area is very spacious. In front of the house there is a lawn where you can play football and behind the house there is the garden and the 17 metre long pool where you can really swim. In the Roche urbanisation there are several play and fitness areas as well as basketball and football pitches. Tennis and padel courts are available for a fee. On the wide beach you can walk well over 10 kilometres to Chiclana or visit the small sheltered bays on the other side if it is a bit windier.
