Fastigheten är utformad som en stor rymlig villa med 4 sovrum. Villan har 2 sovrum, dubbel med egen balkong och en tvilling, båda med sviter på första våningen och en lounge som leder ut till en expansiv solterrass, med en badtunna, med utsikt över dalen med fantastisk utsikt över dalen till dalen hav. På bottenvåningen finns ytterligare två tvåbäddsrum med delat badrum och rymligt matsal / kök. Insektsskärmar är monterade i sovrumsfönstren. Det finns både inre och yttre trappor till första våningen. Under vinterveckorna värms huset med en vedeldare i salongen på första våningen.
Den huvudsakliga solterrassen är belagd i den klassiska lokala Bosa-stenen och erbjuder ett omfattande område för solbad och avkoppling med den separata nedre spa-terrassen och grill med bra möbler.
Förra sommaren lades en utomhusmatlagning / bar till BBQ-området, som har fyra gasbrännare med brännare, diskbänk och kylskåp med en stor sida vid sida för att äta och dricka utanför.
Utanför finns två spa-pooler som är kalla eller varma när du vill kyla i solskenet eller koppla av på kvällen med utsikt över den magnifika utsikten över dalen till havet. Titta på den sardiska solnedgången från din varma bubbelpool med ett glas lokalt vin, är en verkligt minnesvärd upplevelse

Great sardinian house with idyllic location in olive grove!

We stayed with 8 adults for 5 nights and had really nice and relaxing days at this Location: 2 whirlpools (changeable cold or warm), outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill and fridge, and also 3 sun shades available

Quiet, beautiful and soothing

The view is amazing, we enjoyed family dinners with the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house is big and nice to walk around. Very pleasant stay.

Stunning view

Our stay at Steve’s villa was perfect. The pictures do not do justice to the great view on the olive garden valley and sea view in front of the villa. Communications were perfect, the house is in top condition.

Perfect location near Bosa

We were two couples who rented this lovely home for a week in October. It is located just about 15 minutes from Bosa so it was centrally located for us to travel to most of the west and central areas of Sardinia. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We were especially happy that the bedrooms had screens in the windows so that we could keep the windows open all night. The outdoor area makes this house shine. There is a full outdoor kitchen, large dining table and other furniture. The second floor has another large patio. There are two hot tubs but we didn't use them. This lovely home is surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and breathtaking scenery. We had a problem with the water at first but it was corrected right away. We highly recommend this home to anyone planning to come to Sardinia and wanting to stay on the west coast.

Great place to stay

Chouette endroit pour séjourner ! Calme, pratique, belle vue depuis la terrasse, confortable. Unique point négatif : manque de propreté de la vaisselle à notre arrivée. Un lave-vaisselle solutionnerait peut-être ce problème.

zu empfehlen

Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und drei Jugendliche, der Platz draußen war sehr ausreichend. Innen haben wir selten genutzt, da das Wetter es nicht zugelassen hat. Das Ambiente ist traumhaft, die Aussicht ohne Worte. Bosa ist immer wieder zu empfehlen und liegt auch nur 5-10min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir empfehlen sich Adapter für die Steckdosen vorher zu besorgen, vor Ort sind englische. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit, wir alle haben dies sehr genossen liebe Grüße

Gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir waren zu acht (vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder) eine Woche in dieser Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage/Aussicht ist sehr schön. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die gute Ausstattung (insb. auch der Küche).

Even more beautiful than we expected

What a beautiful house and surrounding. Big property, the children loved the yacuzi, there is a useful kitchen. (a dishwasher would be great for 2 families) The Terraces are great place to stay. The Barbecue outside was also great. Inside it is tasteful decorated. The owner of the property is very helpful. We arrived on easter-sunday with no possibility to buy something, and for the first breakfast we had everything in the fridge. Thank you for that great service. We will come again definetly. A wonderfully relaxing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our staty at Villa Olivetto, the location being so peaceful and relaxing. The accommodation was very well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed driving to other parts of the island and took a train journey to Cagliari (a bargin fare at approx., £18 return!) at the southern part of the island. Well worth a visit is the old part of the town and the wonderful views from there. Bosa castle is well worth a visit for the views and to see the tops of the houses below, a very interesting perspective! Overall a lovely stay in Sardinia. The owners very helpful and prompt replies to enquiries etc.

Villa Olivetto, super Domizil

Wir waren vom 24.05.2014 bis 31.05.2014 in der Villa Olivetto / Magomadas. Mit 8 Erwachsenen Personen und 6 Motorrädern. In der Villa ist ausreichen Platz, 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder incl. 3 Toiletten. Küche mit Kühlschrank und 4 Koch/Gasplatten. Der Ausenbereich ist sehr großzügig, mit Grill (wobei wir einen Grillrost bauen mussten damit für 8 Mann Steaks passen !!). Auch am Grill 4 Koch/Gasplatten. Highlight natürlich die Whirlpools..wobei wir nur eines nutzten da dort auch 8 Personen Platz haben. Für Selbstverpfleger ist ein Auto ein muss...unser Supermarktfavorit in Bosa der Simply Markt. Die Villa Olivetto ist insgesamt ein super Objekt dass wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen können.

Villa Olivetto

Outstanding holiday! Villa Olivetto was exactly as advertised, beautiful home in a great location. The customer service was great via direct contact and through the use of the helpful guide provided at the Villa. The extra effort of the property managers gave the holiday a special touch. Their knowledge of the local area and personalities gave us a catered feeling during our stay. Its location makes it an easy drive to most locations in Sardinia. We highly recommend a stay at the Villa and have recommended it to several friends. A nice relaxing location with a short drive to Bosa and beaches for all of your needs. A great location from which to enjoy all that Sardinia has to offer.

When we first visited the olive grove in 2005 and saw the natural lie of the land and the 180 degree stunning views and dramatic sunsets looking across the valley towards the coast, decided us to build a holiday home. The house was built to our design in conjunction with a local architect/builder and took 18 months to complete.
The Villa, although situated on the edge of the village in a quiet area you do not feel isolated. In the spring, the wild flowers are so colourfull, one of favourite times to visit Sardinia. The Villa is bathes in sun from dawn to dusk throughout the summer, with the olive trees adding additional shade,

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The villa is situated in a 4 acre/2 hectare olive grove giving you privacy but not isolated being on the edge of the village and a short walk into the village.
The views from the villa both during the day and as the sun sets over the sea are very special and the wonderful clear air gives you the best view of the stars from the hot tubes or sitting outside on the patio enjoying a glass of local wine and food.
This is the perfect venue to relax and enjoy the company of your friends and family and be as active walking, swimming, visiting the local villages and Bosa Town or just resting, reading and strolling around the olive grove.
You will go wow when you arrive and look at the view below the villa down to the sea.
