Amazing condo and community

The condo was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The views were awesome. The area was quiet and tranquil. The amenities (palapa, kayaks, pool) were perfect. The ice maker and fridge had filtered water. There were beach towels and chairs and umbrellas and coolers for us to use at the beaches. John was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had. The outdoor shower on the third floor bedroom level was a great feature. We could see great sunsets from that third-level balcony. The location is in a quite area of the community with little traffic but yet easily walkable to the main area and main beach club at PA Hotel. We used the free beach area next to PA Hotel and had a great time. The beach is prestine near the PA Hotel. We didn't want to leave. It was so relaxing and comfortable at the condo. Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the lagoon was a great way to start the day. I just can't say enough good things about our stay at Bellmare and working with John to coordinate our transportation of our group and checking in to see if we needed anything or had question. We hope to return again next year to this great condo and community.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the condo very much, the only suggestion I would have is some new furniture and beds. The couch and chair were very uncomfortable and the master bedroom bed was pretty wore out. Overall great place though.

What a beautiful place!

This condo was everything I had hoped! We kayaked every day on the lagoon out the back door, there was a beautiful beach within walking distance, and many great restaurants. I didn't want to leave!

Tranquility - Just like home

A fantastic place to stay, catch up with family and enjoy the amenities of the PA community. The condos generous space allowed everyone to have privacy. The third floor room is a fun haven. With an outdoor deck perfect place to gaze at the stars. We even rented a Toyota van from them which was so much easier than the rat race in Cancun! As well, when the van became side swiped by a person riding a scooter they were extremely responsive and helpful, immediately calming us and telling us what to do. Our family will most certainly be back and will only rent from them in the future.

Best VRBO Experience I've Had

If there was a VRBO award for Super Host Jean Louis and his wife would win hands down. They were super accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the property and it's closeness to ocean beaches. The restaurants were a short 5-minute walk from the condo. The AC worked great although we found that during our stay we rarely used it maybe a little at night. We had two kids in tow and they loved the kyacks. We arranged round trip airport transportation with Jean which made transferring a breeze. If I had a time machine and could go back in time, the only thing I would change is, I would have scheduled to rent one of Jean's cars for the entire stay instead of waiting till the last minute. You can rent a golf cart in town for the price of one of Jean's vehicles. He offers very reasonable prices.

Lovely lagoon location

Stayed a month with the great assistance of Jean Louis and his lovely wife, Azucena, who responded to every issue. Their own rental properties are much nicer than the three bedroom they manage, however, I needed the three bedroom. Puerto Aventuras is a lovely location and the lagoon property is very pretty, very secure, and Jean Louis and Azucena cannot be matched in their attention and friendliness. I’m returning to Puerto Aventuras next year. Adios!

Great apartment, great location, affording tranquility yet accessible to all major atractions

We stayed in Condo Bellmare for the entire month of March 2017- March 1st to March 31st. What a great place! The apartment itself was well cared for, clean, well furnished, spacious, and best of all well located, away from noise and traffic, overlooking the tranquil lagoon. The outdoor spaces were great for relaxation, well appointed, and one could not have felt more secure. We could not have asked for more perfect surroundings. The owner, Jean Louis Picard, was by far the most accommodating and friendliest landlord we have ever had in our many travels- a true gentleman, ever ready to help us with excursions, grocery shopping, spa memberships, in-suite massages, beach club memberships, etc. He truly made our stay memorable. We would not hesitate to recommend both the apartment and the landlord to anyone going to Puerto Aventuras. We also know that Jean Louis will be instrumental in helping in creating wonderful memories for them! Merci encore, Jean Louis Ilio Santilli, Toronto, Canada

Property is outstanding.

Loved staying in this property. Accommodations are first rate. Well equipped with a huge bonus of having drinking water and ice on tap in the fridge. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged, it is a ways from center of town. Golf cart can fix that

Beautiful spot on the water

Our family has stayed in Puerto Aventuras before so we knew the area a bit and have completely enjoyed it every time. Jean Louis had an upper condo available during the dates we were looking for so it was a great match. Right on the waterway area, very quiet and yet lots of neighbors, activities, local stores and restaurants within a reasonable walk or short ride by car/golf cart. We loved the swimming pool and having our tea/coffee out on the porches. Jean Louis was very sweet and at our beck and call when we had questions regarding showers or anything else. Very comfortable beds, quiet and secure at night, lots of windows in our B4 condo. Will definitely consider this as our stay location next time!! We usually have a car to visit Tulum, Coba or Playa but would be very easy to taxi around as well. Great beach visit at the Omni Hotel where you can pay a small fee for use of pools, swim up bar and very clean/maintained beach.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We spent spring break in Puerta Aventuras and loved our time there. The place was lovely and as described. It was a great space to relax and enjoy Mexico. Jean Louis and his wife were great hosts, providing information and activities helping us to enjoy our stay. We were able to swim to the beach right from the condo, kayak and take long walks and runs. We would definitely recommend a stay with Jean Louis - thank you so much!!!

Central Location in the Mexican Riviera

Property was exactly as advertised. Onsite manager was very helpful and the location of the condo in Puerto Aventuras was a perfect hub for exploring the Mexican Riviera. Would recommend to friends and return.

Well appointed 2-level condo

We had a great stay here! The condo is in a great location, is very well equipped inside and out. It's very comfortable, with good quality furniture and decorations. The lagoon is very pretty and you can access it right from the property using one of the included kayaks. Owner was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

igor kasakov. great place! the owner is awesome! helped us with anything we need! very pleasant place!!! little paradise! rooms are very clean! huge master bedroom and the rest of the rooms are big as well ! i stayed in a lot of expensive hotels and im very sorry that i didn't find this place till now! its PENTHOUSE!!!!! + VERY SAFE PLACE! WE LEFT TWICE WALLET FULL OF CASH OUTSIDE FOR A DAY and it was there and nobody touched it!!! very pleasant surprise! also this resort has about 7 restaurants !nice dinner places! and all of them at a small lake with the dolphins! AMAZING! you don't have to go anywhere to see a dolphins! +they have access to all fun tours !!!! I WILL COME BACK !!!!! THAT'S FOR SURE! HUGE THANK YOU TO THE OWNER FOR HIS HOSPITALITY!!!!!!!!!
