Om boendet

Denna lägenhet på 50 m2, helt omstrukturerad och satt i tekniska standarder 2012 består av en entré med en stor spegel och ett vardagsrum öppet på det amerikanska köket fullt utrustat. Golvet i köket och badrummet är kaklat. Dessa två rum har var och en ett fönster och därför naturlig belysning och ventilation.
Alla fönster är dubbelglasade.
I sovrummet har du en ny säng 140 cm bred och 200 cm lång. På varje sida av sängen finns ett sängbord med sin oberoende sänglampa som tillåter läsning eller om du föredrar: titta på TV från din säng.
Ägaren betalar full uppmärksamhet åt kvaliteten och harmoniseringen av färgerna för sängkläder: inredning, täcke och två kuddar (en kvadrat och en rektangulär per person).
Badrummet ligger intill rummet. Du hittar ett handfat på en svart granitbänk för att sätta dina toalettartiklar, två stora speglar ovanför och ett förstoringsspegel ljus för rakning och smink. En adapterplugg för elektriska apparater från Nordamerika finns, så inga bekymmer för Madams hårtork (tillhandahålls och tillgänglig) och Mrs elektriska rakapparat !!!
Duschen är 1,50 m lång och 0,90 m bred. På din toalett har varje passagerare en duschplatta och en handduk och en tvättduk och flytande tvål.
Vardagsrummet och sovrummet, upplysta av ett stort och högt fönster, har ett trägolv och två mattor. Källorna för belysning är många och varierade: en central kristallkrona för stor ljusstyrka, lampor i slutet av soffan för vila och läsning, belysningstabeller för en mysig atmosfär och zen!
I köket och badrummet som alla har ett fönster är ventilation lätt och naturlig. En avloppsugn ovanför induktionshällen gör det möjligt att snabbt avlägsna kokningsdammarna. Dessa två rum har många taklampor och specifik riktbelysning på bordsskivorna.

Byggnaden är mycket säker. Vår barnvakt är ständigt närvarande och kompetent under hennes arbetstid. På gatan är en digikett, då i hallen en intercom, eller en nyckel för att komma åt golven. Den här nyckeln ges till dig med nyckeln i lägenheten. Praktisk sida: om du är två har var och en en uppsättning nycklar. ...

Parisean Neighborhood Treat during Olympics

Our apartment was exactly as the pictures described. Warm, cozy, comfortable and well designed! Jean-Marc provided many of the comforts of home, and many stores and transportation nearby. Thank you!!

The perfect apartment!

It was a real pleasure staying in an apartment that was totally set up for guest and not someone’s house that they let you rent. It was stocked with everything anyone could need and then some. Lots of helpful instructions about the apartment and the city. Jean Marc met us and walked us through everything and then stayed connected if we needed him. The best apartment stay we have had in our almost 20 years of doing this. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This apartment sets a high bar for Paris accommodation.

From the personal greeting at the apartment through to the thoughtfulness of the provisions and essentials, Jean-Marc sets a high bar for visitors looking for an apartment for a short stay in Paris. The apartment is fully equipped, a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and boulangeries and close to two metro stations. As a result we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would stay here again and recommend to friends visiting Paris.

Excellent stay in Paris

Jean-Marc had excellent communication leading up to my stay and was there to welcome me during check-in. He puts a lot of care and effort into preparing his home for guests, and has plenty of information and supplies everywhere. He even provided some staples in the fridge, including a bottle of rosé and a baguette on the table for me at arrival, which was very thoughtful. The apartment is well equipped and well located. The neighbourhood felt safe and was a short walk away from the metro station, which made getting around the city easy. I stayed for a week and felt right at home! Merci beaucoup Jean-Marc :)

Quintessential Parisien chic

Jean-Marc welcomed us into his beautiful apartment and clearly explained how everything worked. He was a knowledgeable source of information about things to do in the area. The kitchen was fully stocked with provisions for us to use. We were greeted with fresh croissants, baguette, butter, milk, assorted homemade jams, orange juice and 2 bottles of wine, one a Bordeaux red & the other a Provençal rose. The linen & towels were plentiful and nicely coordinated. Bathroom products were plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and decor of the apartment, including the art works & reading materials. Jean-Marc’s apartment is an absolute delight. We fully recommend it to others without any hesitation.

Great location

Jean-Marc welcomed us, and gave a tour of his apartment. Everything is included. He was easy to contact when I had a question. Many tourist sites are within walking distance or using the Metro which is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Get a weekly Navigo Metro/bus pass good from Monday- Sunday. It is well work the cost. There are many local food stores and specialty stores where you can shop for food and prepare it in the apartment. Jean-Marc has all the kitchen tools you need, and then some.

Lovely apartment in Paris

We had a great visit in Jean Marc‘s apartment. It filled in all of the main things we look for… Attractive Parisian apartment, elevator, clothes washer, fold out bed, just the right kitchen and one block to the metro station. We love Paris.

A Perfect Paris Pied a Terre

The apartment was beautifully decorated and convenient to a metro. Modern appliances and everything one could need. It went beyond "clean convenient and comfortable" There were stores close by and it was a 20 minute walk to Galleries Lafayette and Sacre Coeur. Also close to Gare de Nord. A return trip is planned! Lovely Apartment

We arranged this rental months ago and all arrangements were seamless. We had a hick-up and had to change by one day our arrival date. Jean Marc was very accommodating. We found the location was close to shopping, entertainment and transportation. I think, like most rentals in Paris, it would be hot in the heat of summer. Being there in September the weather was quite pleasant. There are many options for restaurants within a ten minute walk!

Welcoming Stay

The apartment was very well kept and had all the amenities we needed. Jean Marc welcomed us with croissants, jams and a few other items, this was a nice touch. There were two metro stations close by and many restaurants within walking distance. If there was one negative it would be the noise coming from the bar across the street.

Charming Paris Pied a Terre

Jean-Marc's apartment was the perfect spot for our week in Paris. He is a most charming host who was responsive and helpful from the moment we booked and greeted us in person to welcome us and familiarize us with the apartment. Just a 10-15 minute walk from Gard de Nord and a few blocks from the Poissoniere Metro station, it is ideally located for easy travel round the city and in a great neighborhood not to far from Momartre. The apartment is very nicely furnished with every amenity one could possibly need and a very comfortable bed with nice linens. The bathroom has a good shower and a washer. The kitchen is fully-equipped including a dishwasher. Jean-Marc left us all the essentials to get us started including a baguette, croissants and a bottle of rose! We can't wait to come back to Paris and stay here again. Merci Jean-Marc.

Exceptional apartment and gracious host/owner

It was a privilege to stay in Jean Marc's apartment for 8 nights. It is calm, sunny, tastefully decorated, and scrupulously clean. Very comfortable bed, small but utterly complete and well-stocked kitchen, walk-in shower with good pressure. Perfect location: an easy walk to Gare Du Nord, Montmartre, St. Quentin Market, and Opera but free of rowdy tourists. Bus and Metro stops, a public swimming pool, two grocery stores, and good restaurants/cafes/bakeries are steps away. Jean Marc waited patiently for our delayed arrival from CDG and had continental breakfast waiting for us! We're a bit reluctant to share the secret of this extraordinary apartment and its refined owner. We hope to return soon!

Il posto ideale

Appartamento molto pulito e perfettamente attrezzato in uno stabile molto bello e molto curato, servito da 2 stazioni della metropolitana. Il proprietario ha curato ogni dettaglio, fornito ogni informazione e ci ha riservato una generosa e calorosa accoglienza (croissant e marmellata fatta in casa sono stati una vera chicca). Aspettiano solo di tornarci.

superbe appartement calme

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce bel appartement décoré avec goût. On y est particulièrement bien. Il y a tout le confort pour un séjour agréable, l'équipement est complet et de qualité, le lit est très confortable. Le quartier est sympa et calme, il y a tous les commerces à proximité. Jean-Marc nous a accueilli chaleureusement, c'est un hôte généreux qui nous a offert beaucoup de bonnes choses : petit déjeuner (avec une confiture fait maison délicieuse), café, thé, eau minérale, vin, biscuits, ...). Nous y reviendrions décidément.

Pretty close to perfect

Jean-Marc is a wonderful owner who makes every effort to provide a great experience. He offered everything we could want or need. There was one little drawback. There is a small local bar across the street that entertained some drunk and loud patrons. We could not keep the windows open at night because of the noise which was a shame because the weather was beautiful with cool and inviting evenings. We would certainly recommend Jean-Marc’s home as a lovely vacation rental.

Perfection in Paris

I have stayed in Paris holiday apartments many times over the years, but Jean-Marc’s apartment was just perfect. Great situation: supermarket at one end of the street and Metro station at the other. A lift was great for all our luggage and a nice street view from the first floor windows. The apartment was large, quiet, bright and airy and the decor was just to my taste. Interesting but not cluttered and many lovely prints and personal memorabilia. Fabulous kitchen with every necessary appliance. The bed and linen were superb and the sofa bed, surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with lovely hot shower and big well lit mirror. I just loved the silk curtains in the main rooms. Also, not forgetting the very fast wifi and big television etc. Overall, I would rate the apartment very highly: 10/10. Hope to return next year. Thank you Jean-Marc!

Like coming home

We were so comfortable in this apartment! Everything we needed was provided by the hospitable host. The location was quiet and away from the tourist crowd, but nearby there are 2 metro stops, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Sehr angenehmes Appartement

Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen: sehr geschmackvoll und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet - zum Wohlfühlen. Bei unserem nächsten Paris-Besuch wird es wieder unsere 1. A sweet and comfortable apartment in a charming neighbourhood

Jean-Marc went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, including having a lovely breakfast and many delicious goodies on our arrival. His place is spotless and well organized. We felt very much at home and would highly recommend it.
