Solognote renoverade nyligen hus, mycket gemytlig att bo i, på privat egendom på 80 hektar med pool. 2 timmar från Paris. Perfekt för avgångar från turister. Mycket nära kulturella platser.
Uthyrningen har utformats för mottagning av stora familjer eller för återförening av vänner (24 fasta bäddar för en yta på 390m2). I en fråga om värdarnas välbefinnande erbjuder huset 3 oberoende entréer, 2 lounger -våningar på longère-sidan, en stor matsal för att hålla upp till 24 gäster på poolhusets sida, 3 kök, 3 trappor som leder till de övre våningarna, vilket gör det möjligt att möta eller isolera dig själv som du vill.
Hyran består av två angränsande byggnader:
- 1: a byggnaden på två nivåer på 230m2 kallas "the longère" med fasta bäddar för 14 personer.
-2: e byggnad på två våningar på 160m2 kallat "poolhuset" med fasta bäddar för 10 personer.

La quantité de chambres et salle de bain ne correspond pas au titre de l’annonce Électroménager à vérifier et à changer ( lave vaisselle frigo cafetière) Attention le prix des draps corresponds au nombre de personnes et non au nombre de lit Malgré ces petits désagréments nous avons passés un très bon séjour merci à notre hôte pour l’accueil agréable et votre confiance

Gite spacieux, propre et élégant

Nous avons bien été reçus au gite. Il est spacieux, bien chauffé et bien rénové. Nous avons pu célébrer tous ensemble et avons passé un super moment ! On peux regretter que certains équipements électroménagers ne fonctionnent pas à 100% (boutons de la hotte coincés ou bouton de mise en marche du lave vaisselle manquant (ne l’empêchant pas de fonctionner). Dans les petits plus, du wifi dans les second batiement ainsi qu'un livret d’accueil serait la bienvenue afin de ne pas déranger constamment le propriétaire (par exemple, comment allumer le four à gaz, où sont les bouteilles de gaz de remplacement, que certaines serrures ne s'ouvrent que de l'intérieur...etc)

Bien pour un grand rassemblement

L'organisation de la propriété en 3 gîtes est un avantage pour l'indépendance de chacun, mais peut également être un inconvénient car on passe son temps à aller d'un gîte à l'autre, pour le salon d'un côté, la salle à manger de l'autre, on cherche la vaisselle à droite et à gauche... Par beau temps ce n'est pas gênant mais quand il pleut c'est plus embêtant et salissant. Il y a beaucoup de chambres mais les mezzanines ne sont pas vraiment utilisables en tant que telles quand il y a du monde qui circule dans les escaliers et les sanitaires. Enfin, l'équipement est correct, mais on sent que le gîte reçoit de grands groupes et tout fatigue vite... Sinon le cadre est magnifique, reposant, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine et du salon de jardin à la Toussaint, mais l'extérieur est superbe

Propriété agréable, propriétaire irrespectueux: je ne vous le recommande pas

Nous avons passé le week-end pour une réunion de famille. La propriété est très bien. Les traces du week-end précédent étaient encore présentes (morceaux de verre au sol, lave-vaisselle défectueux, bouteille de gaz vide). Le principal problème vient du fait que la piscine était hors d'usage et nous n'avons été prévenu qu'une semaine à l'avance. Le propriétaire s'est engagé à faire un geste financier. 6 mois plus tard, malgré de nombreuses relances, rien n'a été fait et il est impossible de le joindre. Cela est irrespectueux et n'est pas à la hauteur de la propriété. Vous trouverez mieux ailleurs

Appalling. Avoid at all costs.

Every year my family and that of my three sisters rent a large villa in France or Spain for our family holidays. There's a big group of us, and usually this is the high-point of our year. This year it was the low-point. Upon arrival at the property there were a number of issues: The decking towards the rear of the property was so badly broken up, it wasn’t possible to walk on it, and it represented a hazard to the elderly members of our party (my mum is in her 80s, my Dad in his 90s). Some of the doors inside the property did not open properly, and had been wedged shut. The fridge in one of the kitchens was very dirty, some of the pots and pans and cutlery were also dirty. We later found that three of the sun umbrellas were broken, so we were unable to dine outside during the day. There were only a handful of sun-loungers by the pool, and not enough for our party. Towards the front of the property were many bags of rubbish that had been left, by the previous occupants. It looks like they had partied hard. Their rubbish remained, rotting away for the full duration of our stay, attracting a stray dog and vermin. In the grass surrounding the property were many pieces of broken glass, which represented a hazard to our children, with one child cutting her foot. We spent hours cleaning those up. Within a day, the pool pump broke down, and the pool was unusable for the rest of our stay — the water was cloudy from the outset as it was. This was a major part of the property we couldn't use for all but one of our days. We sent multiple messages to the vendor about these and other issues. He did not respond. We also repeatedly called the number we were given for maintenance, the number they gave us was either inactive or incorrect, we received no answer. On our last day, we finally saw a contact for the property. He wanted to charge us more than we’d agreed for bedding (we’d not received enough bedding as it was), and for cleaning. We drew this contact's attention to the broken glass, the broken pool pump, the broken umbrellas. He acknowledged that this was all unacceptable, and apologized for the poor state of the property. Since returning, we have received a message from the owner via the VRBO app who want to charge us 500 euros for the ‘living area’, the three umbrellas (that were broken before we arrived), and for sheets we didn't receive, plus other unspecified charges for 'the living area'. Do not touch this place with a bargepole.

Très agréable sejour

Un gîte très appréciable pour un week-end en famille. Nous étions 14 adultes et 6 enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Tout était clair et conforme à l’annonce. Connection wifi seulement dans 1 gîte sur les 2. C’était très appréciable.

Une belle propriété très bien placée

Nous avons apprécié pour 4 nuit cette jolie propriété en groupe d’amis. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, accueil au top et très disponible! Seule petite chose que nous n’avions pas bien noté dans l’annonce : il n’y a que 5 chambres et 2 dortoirs, les chambres en mezzanines sont des lits sur mezzanine non fermée donc pas forcément très idéal avec des enfants ou bébés. Présence du wifi dans un seul des bâtiments aussi.
