Arrozal-lägenheten är mycket bekväm, har ett oslagbart läge i centrala Valencia och har lyxiga detaljer.
Den har två rum: ett med en dubbelsäng på 150X200 och en annan med två sängar på 90X200. Ett badrum med stor dusch i dubbelrummet och ett annat badrum i korridoren, även med dusch och tvättmaskin.
Köket är utrustat med ugn, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, brödrost, kaffebryggare och elektrisk juicer. Den har också en diskmaskin.

Excellent location and larger than expected

The location of the apartment was excellent and suited us as three adults travelling together. We were welcomed by Raquel who showed us around the apartment and gave us some restaurant tips. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the slightly earlier checkin. The kitchen was large and there was a lot of storage space to unpack in. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Location is about a 5 minute walk from the Central Market. There was unfortunately no smart tv. The elevator was very helpful.

Realy well situated

Nice apartment, the only problem was to come close enough to bring our luggage in. Realy difficult to park our rented car and someone stole a mirror from the car.

Ideal Valencia old town location

Perfect location to explore all that Valencia has to offer. Ideally located between the central market, cathedral and main train station. Comfortable two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, clean kitchen, washing machine etc.

Location, Location, Location

Perfect location in the city center. Three major plazas and the Central Market are within a few blocks. It is on a very safe side street that is remarkably quiet. Pilar and Raquel quickly responded to all our communications. Pilar even had new mattress delivered during our stay that made the apartment perfect. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at this VRBO could not have gone better. The location is incredible. Just steps from the Central market, historical landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. The unit is clean, secure, and stocked with all necessary kitchen items. There was extra bed linen and pillows if needed, and plenty of closet space. Our host responded promptly to our questions, and if we find ourselves in Valencia again, this will be our reservation of choice. Book with confidence.

near central market

fully equipped for a home stay in a busy location near the market. fifth floor and good windows limit noise from the street very effectively. two good showers in the bathrooms and anything you would need to cook at home in the kitchen. a hundred restaurants in easy walking distance. dishwasher and washer are added pluses if you are cooking. open living and dining and kitchen combination gives a spacious feel to the apartment. elevator (I know this sounds crazy) gave us envy - as our own building in Sevilla has a very small, slow, lift. highly recommend this rental.

I really liked the property. It was cool even at the height of a heatwave so the air conditioning worked v well. It was very central located re supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants etc. and very clean I would have liked a little more plates etc in the kitchen. I do think it is time the beds are replaced. Similarly, polyester sheets in the heat were quite hot in bed. But other than that I would reconsider without hesitation.

Great place in old town with fantastic owner

Great location. Fantastic owner. After Valencia, we went to Denia and had a rental from a management company. It was the worst! This place, by comparison, was great. A/C since it was over 34 degrees when we were there. I have it 4 stars for cleanliness because the people before us must have had rotted fruit. 3-4 fruit flies and some ants. But not the property owner. Also, think the little ants came from next door since they were near the front door. I was 100% recommend this place. (Maybe grab a small trash can from IKEA for the bathrooms.)

Situation centrale privilégiée

Appartement spacieux, moderne, propre et confortable. Situé à proximité des sites touristiques, en plein cœur de la ville et étonnamment très calme. Un peu difficile à trouver quand on ne connaît pas et qu’on arrive le soir mais proche du métro et de la place de l’hôtel de ville. Le numéro de l’immeuble n’est pas indiqué sur la façade. Raquel nous a gentiment et patiemment attendus . Valencia est une ville très agréable à visiter.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung an Top-Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt ist genial. Insbesondere der Mercado Central hat uns sehr gefallen, und die gute Küchenausstattung, um die tollen Lebensmittel selbst zuzubereiten. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir und der Taxi-Fahrer Mühe, die Strasse zu finden. Tipp: Den Namen der Strasse auf Valenciano statt Castellano suchen.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet und sauber. Mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Einziges Mango, in einem der Bäder riecht es muffig. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Altstadt gelegen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber auch das Öpnv-Netz ist sehr schnell erreichbar und fährt in alle Richtungen.

Book this place.

We fell in love with Valencia on our three week stay, and the apartment was a large part of it. Roomy, nice, safe, and the most amazing sound proof window doors I’ve ever experienced. The location is knock out. Turn right and you’re minutes from the Mercado. Turn left and your minutes from Placa Reina. The entire city is walkable. Fabulous stay. We’ll be back.

Hasta la vista!

Our family of 4 (10 and 13 year old kids) stayed at El Mercat apartment for a month. We can't wait to come back. The city and the stay were amazing. Location, location, location - in the city center with many sights and public transit super accessible. I loved walking to the Mercato Central each day to pick up whatever looked good for lunch - only 2 blocks away and visible from the balcony! Kitchen was adequately equipped as we did a lot of cooking at home given the long stay. The place was clean and well kept. Pilar was very helpful - she helped us arrange airport transport on arrival and when we noticed a minor leak in the kitchen sink, she arranged for a plumber to be there the next day. We had some minor issues at check-in since the information she thought was there for us (wifi info, recycling info , etc) was not, but she was very helpful in real time to answer those questions. Overall highly recommend!
