Otroligt takterrass med utsikt över horisonten. Stort och avkopplande vardagsrum att varva ner! 2-Car privat garage! En kort promenad till Carson St och South Side lägenheter. Mindre än 10 minuters hytt / Uber till centrum och allt som Pittsburgh har att erbjuda! Comfy slinga runt soffan och tillräckligt med utrymme för att rymma grupper på 2-12!

Sovande logi: 1 king sängar, 1 drottning, 1 fulls, en singel, 3 queen utfällbara madrass kuddar (tänk luftmadrass, men mer bekväm och 0% chans att dyka) (på begäran). Fyra nivåer av bostadsyta plus en expansiv takterrass med en otrolig utsikt över downtown skyline och Mt Washington. Öppen planlösning med charm, exponerad tegelsten och ett stort familjen kök. Bra kombination av privatliv och samlingsplatser för familjer och stora grupper! + Var annars kan du hitta ett 2-bil garage!?!? OBS: Det 4: e sovrummet är baren / spelrummet i bilderna ... det här har ingen fysisk säng, men är en bra plats för några av de utfällbara madrasserna!

PLATS: Centralt läge med enkel tillgång till allt som Pittsburgh har att erbjuda! Kvarteret är en underbar kombination av familjer, tidiga 30-tal, högskolestudenter. Pius är borta från 18: e gatan och ger snabbare tillgång till Southside jämfört med Carsons trafik. Dessutom har den 18: e gatan den berömda "18: e gatan trappan" som ger en 3-trappsteg ner från Pius till botten av 18: e gatan. För att komma dit, avsluta min dörr och gå till höger, resa 200 meter nerför vägen, och trappan kommer att markeras med ett tecken. Detta ger snabb åtkomst till Carson Street. Grovt 7-10 minuters promenad. 18: e gatan och Pius båda kräver inte parkeringstillstånd.

Excellent Stay, Awesome Views,

We really enjoyed our family stay. Very large property, a bit deceiving from the outside but really spacious inside. All comforts in the kitchen, ample linen etc in the bedrooms. The highlight has to be the roof top terrace views. Smooth check in and responsive host. Highly recommend.

Comfy space, stunning rooftop view!

Celebrated my dad's 85th birthday with family and the dining/living room space was perfect! Roof top deck provided awesome view of Pittsburgh at sunset and sunrise! Didn't use the pull-out/futons, but the beds worked perfect for our four, small family groups. The owner was responsive when messaged. Recommend!

Almost exactly what I was hoping for

Let me make this clear: the property and the home itself is exceptional. EVerything we were hoping for. But there was frustration in the experience. First of all, getting into the home on check-in proved problematic. The door lock didn't work and we had to scamble calling several numbers to he;p us get in. Eventually we were led to a physical key but it took time on a hot day after travel and it didn't set the tone well. Also, we had two compact cars and both cars could NOT fit in the garage which was extremely problematic because street parking was near impossible. As for the stay itself though, we loved the property. It was as wonderful as we hoped. We even decided to stay in and cook one night because everything we needed was provided. The property was just wonderful. But getting in the property and the hassle with parking was bummer. But over all, excellent trip.

Perfect weekend getaway Southside Slopes

In town for the Kenny Chesney concert, 4 married couples. House has a great vibe, plenty of space, clean, nice showers, bedrooms, seating areas in living room and dining room, great cooking kitchen for cooking for a bigger crew. The rooftop patio was an awesome spot to play some cards and see the lights from the city. Short car ride to Gateway Clipper for the ferry over to the stadium. Cool walk down the 18th St stairs to Carson St. parking is tight in the garage, but not a big issue. Only complaint - no dice in the Yahtzee game, but we improvised, 😀. Very nice weekend in PGH!

Great Views - Wonderful Property

Completely uneventful stay in a beautiful house with spectacular views of downtown. I had some challenges with the VRBO app freezing up on me about 20 minutes before we were supposed to check in. I texted the owner who responded just about immediately to email me the access instructions. But a really nice property inside with plenty of room for the 8 of us.

Wonderful stay!

We booked this property well ahead of our daughter’s graduation from Pitt, and it was the perfect spot for our group. Comfortable furniture, beds, etc. and amazing views from the rooftop deck! Loved the charm of the exposed brick. Our visit was fantastic!

Excellent stay

A great stay, perfect for multiple families. Garage is tight especially for a large car but road parking was fine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

March Stay

Overall a fantastic property. The view was spectacular and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. We greatly enjoyed the place and it's walking distance to local bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying a trip to Pittsburgh!

Don't judge a book by its cover

When you arrive at the property, you may feel regret for booking because of the crowded streets with houses right on top of the other and only a garage door and front door to see. However, the inside is definitely worth it! The pictures online are accurate and the views from the top deck are amazing. We had a group of 8 adults that fit perfectly without the need for the use of any of the extra floor mattresses. One negative would be that there are only two showers - to sleep as many as it advertises, it would be nice to have another one, but we managed. Thankfully we had no issues with running out of hot water. The other big negative is the parking situation. The garage is listed as a two car garage, but it would have to be two compact cars to fit. We had a rented SUV and sedan and only the SUV fit in there, with very little room to open the doors and walk beside it. Thankfully the provided information about additional parking was helpful, but slightly inconvenient to park the second car on a nearby busy street. The kitchen supplies are definitely aged and could use updating (burned on stains on cookie sheets for example).

Golf adventure

The outside of the property is rough, but the inside is amazing. The view from the top balcony is priceless. Would stay here again when visiting the 'Burgh.

Incredible Views & Clean Property

Our group of 6 adults & 5 children enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the roof deck are outstanding and we found the location easily driveable to most spots. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and the property was very clean.

Just what we needed!

We had the extended family in tow for a graduation at Pitt. Great space to be together, but also have your own space. The roof top view is even better than you think. The kitchen bar area is definitely funky, but we found it fun (then again maybe we are too short :). The host was responsive on two, small unforeseen issues. We'd highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Home

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. The property itself provides as much of an experience as the city does. Everything was very clean and the owner was easy to get in touch with, even providing information on great places to visit within the city. The location provided for a short trip to anywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great house for large group

Good layout for group of 10, short walk to Carson street and great view from roof top. Two minor issues, trash from prior guests remained in the garage and kitchen could be more equipped to handle large groups.

Perfect location, beautiful place

I can’t imagine a better location. Very easy to walk to restaurants and businesses, maybe not quite so easy to walk back up the hill! We made a big Thanksgiving meal for 5 adults with no difficulty. Although the garage is technically for 2 cars we never could get 2 cars in there. The on-street parking wasn’t that bad though. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The master suite looks like something out of Architectural Digest! The couch on the main floor is badly broken but the host has been notified. The host was wonderfully responsive.

We took my dad to the Steelers game for his 70th bday and came up from Louisville. Great location and just a short walk to Carson St and lots of restaurants.

Pitt alumni

Good place to be able to hang out with friends. A little misleading on the number of bedrooms. We had six 70 year olds and one had to sleep on the couch in the living room. It was more comfortable than the futon provided.
