Well equipped, beautiful home

We loved the location, the games and recreation opportunities, the nearby attractions, the abundance of natural areas to explore. A fantastic time was had by all.

Another wonderful birthday!

Property was beautiful, had a little problem with cleanliness day 1 but they were very professional and rapid in response to getting our requests taken care of. The property was on the market and a showing was scheduled, we were unexpectedly compensated with $150.00 in gift cards for a nice restaurant. Would highly recommend this cabin, overall great birthday vacation for me!

Great house. Fit 14 of us very comfortably. We had a great time. Only two not-so-good things ..... We only had about 10 bath towels. And the propane tank for the grill did not work (valve was seized). We paid to swap it to use the grille. Did not know to save a receipt for reimbursement.

The property different then the app

*Incorrect Property Location*: The VRBO listing indicated that the property was a 3-minute walk from the lake. Upon arrival, we found that the property is located on the opposite side of the lake, requiring a 34-minute walk. This misrepresentation significantly affected our plans, as we intended to fish and kayak during our stay. The distance made it very inconvenient, altering our entire trip. We noticed this problem after we got the correct address at the 29 of August then we saw the difference. In addition to these issues, we called Railey Vacation to explain the problems, we inquired if there was another property available. The representative informed us that we would need to pay in full to change properties. This was not feasible given the situation. We also discussed the cancellation policy. According to VRBO, the policy allowed cancellations until August 30, but the representative indicated otherwise. I have attached a screenshot of the VRBO listing showing the cancellation policy.

Relaxing Stay at Big Sky

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Deep Creek and the Big Sky house for this past week. The house is aptly stocked with kitchen utensils and comfortable furniture and beds. I especially liked the decor that emphasized family and peaceful living. To the owners of Big Sky…thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We all want to return soon.

Home on Wisp Mountain

Plenty of room for our family group of 10 to gather and spread out. Well equipped kitchen. The community pass (especially on a rainy day) and park passes were an added plus. We liked the location near the top of the mountain.

Great location and spacious home

Our large family enjoyed the easy stroll to lift 5 to ski. Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space and the adults too. Would book this house again for our next ski trip!

The home is gorgeous, it has so much space!

This home had everything we needed. From the heated garage (it snowed and was 36 degrees May 7th) to the multiple fire places and stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the upstairs pool area, that still allowed you to see and talk to everyone on the main floor. The poker room was great and we spent a lot of time in there. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone in our party. The multi floor radio system was amazing!!
