Home away from home

This is was beautiful, cleaned,and had everything to function as if I was in my home! The property manager Sandra was very nice, thoughtful and responded quickly to assist with questions and needs! Absolutely amazing

Perfect Mother's Day

I rented this home to enjoy my mom and family for the weekend of Mother's Day. Thing were great. My mom absolutely loved the master bedroom and her peace and quiet time. Everyone loved the wooden porch swings in the spacious back yard. I'm looking forward to renting again very soon. Thank you for the cool experience!

Awesomeness to a nightmare

This home was everything described. The neighborhood seemed rich and quiet and the cleanliness and layout of the home was beautiful and felt like I was at home . However the Owner sent a maid to the home as he thought we checked out but we told him several times before our check in that we were staying an extra day and he said he'll take care of it since it's not necessary to cancel and re book the reservation. As we returner to the home after a day out in the town of Houston , several items were missing . Shoes and a watch that had a total value of $1500. The owner said the Maid claims she didn't see any shoes and she didn't take anything so he sided with her. The maid took pictures before she moved our luggage to another room after cleaning but in one of the pictures, you can see my shoe boxes in the corner of the picture. She attempted to move my stuff out of the picture before taking it but failed as I have proof my items were there and were taken. I filed a police report and now have to wait to hear back from someone since the Owner couldn't work out anything for me and is taking her side just because she has been his maid for 6 years. I drove 10 hours to Houston from Tennessee just to get slapped in the face with this type of customer service. I'm not trying to bash or make a bad review but an honest review. I loved the home and our trip until our stuff was stolen. Trash cans were checked , even the dumpster at the office I checked as where the msids take the trash from the homes they clean.

My home away stay

I loved it the condo was clean, easy to fine happy with the location nice appliances and very comfortable the place was great the owner was super helpful and texted me right back about any thing i may have needed help with would recommend this to anyone. I would love to stay again

Awesome host

Mike was awesome. I got to the property late like 2 am . there was an issue and mike jumpped on it and took care of it. He went above and beyond. I will gladly stay there again when im in the area
