Baroona 'by the Beach är ett tvåvåningshus med fyra sovrum, två badrum (plus en utomhusdusch), två vardagsrum och ett imponerande överdäck.

Varje sovrum har ett inbyggt skåp och takfläktar.

Det är nära till stranden (en 400 m promenad till Bawley Beach), kaféer och ett litet köpcentrum (kemist, iga, kiosk, flaska etc.)

Det finns många aktiviteter att ta del av, inklusive vandring, simning, surfing, paddling, paddling, kajakpaddling, fiske och sightseeing.

På övervåningen finns solsalen med en sittgrupp med en röd korgstol och bord, stor bekväm modulsalong och platt-TV. Solstolen öppnar ut mot ett stort däck.

Däck är ett utmärkt ställe att koppla av med en utomhus lounge och matplats, en Jack & Jill stol, väggmonterad TV, gas BBQ och glimt från havet.

Matsalen har ett trä matbord med plats för 6 och en barnstol för den lilla.

Köket är fullt utrustat med kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, brödrost, vattenkokare, matlagning, Delonghi kaffebryggare, ugn och elektrisk spis.

Huvudbadrummet har ett djupt badkar och dusch och takvärmelampa.

Very Pleasant

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Baroona by the Beach. The house was pretty much as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal for strolling down to either one of our favourite beaches - Bawley or Cormorant.

Pleasant, comfortable and user-friendly accommodation

Baroona by the Beach is a very pleasant, well-equipped and comfortable place to stay. In our case, it was mostly a good home base for a short stay while we attended a wedding and related events the day before and the day after. I would recommend it to anyone needing a long or short stay, with just a short walk to Bawley Beach and other places of interest within a short walk or drive.

Comfort and Serenity by the beach

We have been holidaying at Bawley Point for many years and love it there. Baroona On The Beach was a great place to stay....perfect location for the beach and the lake. Clean and comfortable,with a lovely outlook and partial water view. Overall everything from the self checkin to all the little extras the owners have provided was wonderful!! A very spacious and welcoming home.

Great Easter Trip

Was looking at somewhere I have not been to, so chose Bawley Point. I wasn't disappointed from the time we set foot in the accomodation. It was a breeze to checking and just perfect family location with all the ammenities you could think off. The large bedroom downstairs (kids retreat) was just ideal. Kids never left that room. Rest of us just enjoyed bit of the ocean view and sea-breeze sounds from the balcony. The beach was close by and we didn't need to drive at all. Was just a perfect location. Bella pty did an amazing customer service from start to finish. Will definitely be back!!!

Excellent option for families

We stayed here with another family. The place is well laid out for 2 families with 2 bedrooms upstairs and the same downstairs as well as 2 generous living spaces and a toilet / shower on each floor. Very close to Bawley and Commerant beaches. Nice water glimpses marred only slightly by a building site next to us that drew the eye from what was otherwise a great deck where we spent lots of our time. Highly recommended for a large family or 2 families who wish to holiday together.

Great location and stay

Fantastic location, just a short stroll to coffee shop, beach and playground (even with little ones). The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Lots of books, puzzles and toys for the kids. We loved our stay and will be back.
