Blue Palms är ett nyrenoverat, stiligt och bekvämt hus med designer finish. Det ligger i South Sussex nära vattnet och har allt du behöver för att du ska få en perfekt semester.

Huset har boende för 6 personer bekvämt. På övervåningen finns 2 sovrum, ett med 2 enkelsängar och ett med en queen size-säng. Externt nere finns en fristående bilaga med en queen size-säng, ett eget och pentry. Båda sovrummen har skjutdörrar som öppnar sig mot en solskyddad balkong eller däck.

Huset har moderna interiörer med en generös öppen planlösning matsal och vardagsrum. Köket är utrustat med nya apparater, inklusive en tyst diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kapsel kaffemaskin, gasspishäll och elektrisk ugn.

Blue Palms har många ställen i huset för att vila, koppla av och underhålla. Det finns en säker, helt sluten, etablerad bakgård med gräsmatta. Det finns också en solterrass i trädgården med två snygga solstolar så att du kan vila och koppla av på din resa.

Det finns en wrap runt balkongen på övervåningen, samt en stor BBQ däck med en lummig vista och bekväm 3-delig utomhus soffa inställning och 6 brännare BBQ.

Det finns luftkonditionering, värme, öppen spis för vinterresor samt TV, DVD och gratis Wi-Fi.

Aktiviteter och attraktioner inkluderar; simning, fiske, promenader, strand kamning, cykling, busk spår. Det finns också en rad fantastiska dagsturer på din tröskel, som inkluderar Jervis Bay och Green Patch.

Great location and accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was perfect for 6 people with enough space for all. Fire pit was a hit. The area was quiet and not too far from fishing spot, grocery stores, beach and walks.

House was beautiful.

House was great and very clean. Had all the necessities and more. Was within walking distance of the water, you could even see it from the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Lovely apartment with plenty of outdoor space, great interiors and plenty of room. Payment and key pick up/drop off was very easy.

Loved our stay with the kids here.. house really is beautifully decorated.. Great spot down the quiet end of Sussex.. would definitely stay again. One thing id like see owner do is cover up the gap between Sliding door upstairs felt like entrance for the mozzies. other than that looking to book again next summer. :)

Beautiful beach stay!

Absolutely beautiful property - an incredibly spacious, clean and beautifully furnished home. Was a delight to relax and spend time in this house. Plenty of amenities for cooking. Quiet neighbourhood and only 30 mins drive to Hyams Beach!

Lovely kitchen/bathroom

Lovely home, updated/new bathrooms & kitchen. The only negative is that when we arrived the home had a musky smell (the home must have been unoccupied for a while, the downstairs especially so, smell too overpowering to sleep there. Also having to bring our own linen & towels plus required to clean the house (bathrooms included) on departure was an unwelcome requirement, when on holidays this is the last thing we'd expect.

Peace and quiet

We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable at this home. We loved the location. It was very quiet and it was what we needed, away from our busy life in Sydney. Would recommend!

It IS the perfect home!!!

We recently stayed at this delightful home for a girl's weekend away. From the moment we walked through the gate to the garden, we were all utterly in love with this home. It is clear from whichever way you look, the owners take very good care of this property. It is immaculate, very well presented, stylish but at the same time, keeping a calm and welcoming vibe to the home. You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive. I found the beds to be super comfy, the toilets were luxurious with those big shower heads, the garden had a lush lawn complete with sundeck chairs and a fire pit for those cooler evenings. I really cannot find fault with this beautiful home. I will definitely be back for many more stays. If I had to nit-pick, I would say, for 5 girls addicted to their caffeine, we could not find the coffee pods for the coffee machine the first morning we woke up. We searched high and low but in the end, we had to just suck it up and be content with OJ. No real biggie, there is a shop down the road that sells coffee if you get desperate. In terms of the house itself, it would be great to see the flyscreen to the main sliding door downstairs fixed. There is a massive hole where you lock and unlock the screen door which was kind of a pain because it meant some mossies did get inside. The room with the 2 single beds upstairs got quite stuffy through the night. It could do with a fan for ventilation because the window does not open easily and if I remember correctly, I don't think it has a fly screen either. And one last thing, given we were all girls, we would have felt a tad safer (not that we felt threatened at any time) but it would have been good if the main gate could be locked somehow. Aside from those things, this house was an absolute pleasure to stay at. It's an added bonus that the pick up point and drop off for keys is 5 min drive away...handy for the 10am checkout and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

Stunning!

We spent some wonderful time in this lovely home in Sussex Inlet. It sits in a quiet street over-looking a waterway with a park and the Inlet at the end of the street. It is surrounded by trees and parklands with lots of native birds. The house has a spacious kitchen and dining area perfect for entertaining. The living room has a wide door that opens onto an upper deck which also has some comfy outdoor furniture. This was my favourite part of the house. It catches the morning sun and Its elevated position on the first floor which overlooks the landscaped garden and vine covered pergola catches the afternoon breeze making it a perfect spot to have breakfast, a cup of tea in the morning, read a book and enjoy an afternoon nap or drink. The garden, which also has a fire pit to sit around in the evenings, was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home and hope to be able to return in the future.

Stylish Stay

This house has been decorated so beautifully. It is such a pleasure to stay in. Great spot, nice and quiet (except for a few possums at night). The house has everything you need, we loved sitting out in the deck eating dinner. The only draw back I would say is that it is not small child friendly. Gorgeous white linen couches and dining chairs are not really practical with kids......or clumsy adults. The suite downstairs makes it perfect for two families. Would love to stay again.

Peaceful Retreat

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying here for a weekend. Fantastic facilities, location and so peaceful. Loved the birds and the possum as house guests. What a great house!! We're already looking to book this house again SOON!!

Wonderful home from home!!!

This place is truly wonderful, lots of home comforts and many places to sit and relax..love the garden and outdoor sitting area. The kitchen has everything including parrot food on the bench. Lots of birds will visit you here! Downstairs is also tucked away with a little kitchenette and bathroom. Inlet nearby not too far for a dip and the local bowling club is a few mins away. Can't recommend enough!!

Stunning Beach House Living

My Wife and I had an amazing weekend here as a mini babymoon. Its obvious the owners have spent a lot of time thinking through the design and ambiance as it felt like a really homely beach shack retreat, (Loved the outside shower for when you return form the beach and the fire pit). It would be a great place to escape with friends or family and we'll definitely be back Sussex Inlet RSL serves great food (Note: HUGE portions) and does a big meat raffle, but must get you tickets before it starts at 6:30 sharp. Loads of hobby farms selling fresh eggs, fruit and veg on the main road which is great if you want to cook at home. For those with a boat or just love the water this is located near a boat ramp, seconds form the river and minutes from a beach.
