Vi skulle gärna välkomna dig till vårt fantastiska härliga Gästerhus, helt nytt och mycket rent, med ett fantastiskt kök och uppvärmt golv badrum. Vårt hus har omsorgsfullt inredda för att göra din vistelse bekväm och trevlig! Vårt hus ligger nära Providence Milwaukie Hospital, Reed College, den eftertraktade stadsdelen "Sellwood" och downtown Portland.
Om du kommer till jobbet, har du på gångavstånd: Starbucks, Fedex, UPS, Walgreens, Ride Aide, restauranger, bland annat.

Four C's

The host was prompt and excellent communicating with us! The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. The perfect location for us - just a short drive to my brother's home, to the wedding venue and reception at a downtown hotel. My sister and I are both light sleepers and the expressway noise bothered us the first night.

Welcoming

The home was clean and everything accessible to enjoy our stay. Although we were a little early for check-in, the manager assisted with allowing us to access the property. A welcome note was accompanying the home details, which was uncommon and thoughtful. We would recommend this home for others.

Like being at home

Wonderful clean house close to everything. Super functional kitchen and cookware. The twin bed I slept in was saggy in the middle and not the most comfortable for me, but my family members said the other beds were great. Everything was so clean and orderly. I really appreciated the option for late check out and the property host was responsive and wonderful to work with. Great water pressure in the shower! I enjoyed the Amazon fire cube and TV. Great back patio to sit and enjoy the mornings and evenings. We all had such a great time and grateful we found such a wonderful place to stay while exploring nearby towns, shops, and nature.

Location location location

The house was decorated so cute! We had an address mix up, but finally found the property. We loved that the house was 10-15 minutes from everywhere we needed to go! Wedding dress shopping was a yes to the dress! 👍❤️

Clean and comfortable home

Homeowner did a great job setting up this rental to have everything needed during a short stay. Very clean and comfortable. Pilar is very fast to reply to messages.

The house was very cute and clean. Worked well for family of 5.

House was very cute and clean, beds were super comfortable. It was nice for the small group we had. Could use a few more dishes so you don’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal.

Milwaukie, Oregon vacation

I rented this property for my nephew, his wife and their two children. The house was easy to get to from my home and had easy access to Portland and surrounding areas. The inside of the house is adorable, spotlessly clean and had nice appliances and amenities. Thank you Pilar, Scott and Jonleon for providing such a nice environment for my family. Cute Cozy Home

This was a great spot for our quick two day stay in the area. The house is very clean and simple (not cluttered). It has all the basics. The hosts added little cute touches. Everything worked seamlessly. They did limit the number of towels to 4 (one for each person) and kitchen sets to 6 which wasn’t a concern for us but might be annoying if staying for a longer duration. Also, the master bed was really really squeaky and loud when moving throughout the night!

Clean, bright and comfortable.

This was a perfect place to stay for us while visiting family in the area. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The owners were very communicative and available if there was anything we needed. Great stay.

Modern, cozy and accommodating

Five gold stars for this amazing rental! The experience communicating with the hosts was top notch. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with sweet touches including fresh flowers and a guest book. We stayed for New Years and our hosts went above and beyond to decorate with balloons, fun hats, and party favors! The home was outstandingly clean and had everything we needed - plenty of cookware, toiletries, towels, and a fresh cold water dispenser. The detail and thought put into the home did not go unnoticed! We felt right at home in this cozy rental with plenty of space and a modern feel. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay just a few minutes from downtown Portland!

professional property

You can tell the owners put alot of thought into making it a great rental property with small touches for the renters. We stayed here for several nights as a family of four and the area was perfect. The good: -great location centrally located -items for kids - we had a 4 and 1 year old there. I was surprised to find some kids books and even a toddler eating mat. - clean and decorated well - its not often you find the property is better than the pictures. The bedding has been upgraded and there was new outside furniture not seen in the pics. -attentive and available owners keep in mind: - while we got used to it, this is not far from a busy road so there is some noise from traffic.
