Great place

Good base location for our ventures to Craters of the Moon National park and Mesa Falls as well as local Idaho Falls attractions. House was as advertised. Great communication from April. Very quiet neighborhood with just a few evening ATV and mini bikes and some bikes in general along the canal path out just past the back yard - but only a couple and was NOT bothersome at all! Would recommend!

Amazing!

This property is a darling house in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely area! We traveled to pick up our daughter from college, and there was plenty of room! April is attentive and very helpful! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay in Idaho Falls

We arrived close to midnight to find the home warm and welcoming. The owner, who lives next door, had turned the heat up and lit a candle to make us feel at welcome. The home is lovely, clean and in a super convenient location. The beds and pillows are really comfy - a huge plus!! We would definitely stay here again Steve and Lisa

Wonderful Stay in Idaho Falls

I highly recommend this property to rent when staying in Idaho Falls. April is one of the most caring hosts I have rented from. Due to allergies she had to remove feathers from the lodging and she wrote with questions and concerns before our stay to ensure my health was protected. The property was excellent—clean, comfy, with every amenity you could want. There were even extra touches I had not seen before. We were a family of 3 and the beds were comfy, air conditioning was great in 95+ degree weather, and we easily cooked and ate each day. The tv offered many options . It was on the outskirts of town yet everywhere we wanted to go was no more than a 12 minute drive. Coming back to the quiet home was just what we needed after a busy day in Twin Falls. April is a fantastic host so don’t hesitate—-rent today!

Perfect home for a larger group!

We had some people getting together for the week, so we needed both a place to sleep and to meet during the day. This house fit that bill perfectly. Our stay was great, the accommodations were awesome, and we highly recommend this VRBO!

Excellent!

Was a great location to get to stores. Quiet neighborhood and clean. The proper Manager kept in contact and lived next door to the rental. Over all would highly recommend and go back.

Perfect for escaping the heat of Arizona

April assisted us quickly when we had trouble accessing the property. We loved the house for our needs. The only negative on location was that it is not within walking distance of shops.

Great for any stay in area

Twin home that is immaculate and very comfortable. Comfy beds and everything you could need while away from your own home. We found the location to be safe, convenient to family in the area, downtown and excursions rafting on the Snake River.

This home is a great place for a get-a-way with friends or family! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Super comfy beds and linens, bright and clean space, a wonderful gathering space in the main living and kitchen area.
Centrally located to some of the best that Idaho outdoors has to offer! The neighborhood is a newly built area and a safe and quiet area. Just a few minutes from Hwy 26 and Hwy 20, approx 15 min to Interstate 15.
