"Den vänliga staden vid staden" är en underbar liten stad som heter Swansboro, NC. Det ligger i den historiska delen av centrum på de närliggande stränderna. Restauranger, festivaler, presentbutiker och levande musik ligger inom ett kvarter. Utsikt över White Oak River och Crystal Coast Inter Coastal Waterway. Stränderna i Emerald Isle ligger bara 3 miles bort och Hammocks Beach State Park ligger bara 2 miles bort.
Det har varit en dröm för oss att göra vårt hem till ett fritidshus så besökare och njuta av sin semester som om de var hemma.
Vi har 2 stora verandaer med gungstolar och en gunga. Portarna har utsikt över White Oak River med utsikt över ICW till höger. Det finns ett däck i ryggen med grill och stolar.
Faciliteterna inkluderar en HD Smart TV, soffa, soffa och soffa stol. Det stora sovrummet har en drottning säng, HD Smart TV, fullt master bad, klädkammare och en dörröppning till Top däck. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, 3: e sovrummet har enkelsängar, 4: e sovrummet har en futon soffa / säng. Det finns ett badrum på övervåningen nästa sovrum 2 och 3. Matsalen har ett matbord med plats för 4 eller 6 personer. Gratis trådlöst nätverk.

Summer vacation

We love this house, and it was our second time staying here. The location is perfect; we would walk into town each night to listen to music, grab an ice cream, or a beer on the water. It is such a cute town. The house has everything we need, and was a perfect size for our family. It was clean as always and we hope to visit again.

Perfect house

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 6. We also loved the location as it’s close to downtown shops, amazing food, and the water. It’s not far from the beach too. It’s a beautiful house and has everything that we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

"Friendly City by the Sea"

My family had a wonderful Spring Break in this gem of a vacation spot. The house was cozy and comfortable! Walking to the shops and restaurants was a treat. We enjoyed the area very much! We hope to return and rent this house again! Thank you Swansboro, NC for your sweet southern hospitality! 🦢🥰🌅⛵

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Perfect location, beautiful home, wonderful host!!! Me , my husband, our 5 kids, and my mom all loved it! Very spacious and super clean!! It was absolutely beautiful. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Stores are a short drive away! We picked here because we wanted to be close to emerald isle and jacksonville.

Relaxing Stay

Wonderful house in a wonderful location! We have been visiting Emerald Isle and Swansboro for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest houses we stayed in. Very clean and all the amenities you could need. We had many errands to run due to a death in the family but really enjoyed the time at the house. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and the shops in the area or just order take-out and eat in. Even though we had a lot to get done the week we were there, it was great to come "home" to relax. Would definitely like to get back soon.

Long weekend getaway

We loved our stay at this beautiful house in Swansboro. The owners were so nice and left little touches about the house that made our stay so comfortable from complimentary coffee to towels and lines. The downtown area is so cute and only 1 block away. We enjoyed walking around every morning and evening and checking out the restaurants and shops. Also, my son loves the ducks of Swansboro. We had the same visitor every morning and evening; a muscovy duck who my son named Darryl. We were close proximity to Emerald Isle as well which is a beautiful beach. Can’t wait to come back!

GREAT HOME, LOCATION AND OWNER

Suellen was just wonderful from start to finish. Anytime I had questions, she answered them quickly. The house was very clean, had great views and is in a great location. It was so nice to be able to walk to dinner, Flotilla and tree lighting. We fixed a lot of our meals at the house, and we had plenty of room for the five of us. Plus, we were able to entertain our daughter and her family. The weather was nice and we enjoyed the porches everyday. Great place to have morning coffee looking at the water view and beautiful sunrises. The home was decorated for Christmas which we just loved. Suellen is a great host, and I would love to stay their again when visiting our daughter.

Fall Getaway

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful, cozy home. One day was spent entirely inside because of Tropical Storm Ian passing through and we had plenty of space to just relax. Its location was great for visiting downtown shops, Emerald Isle and our Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune. The porches were inviting and the sunrise beautiful from the upstairs porch. The owner was easy to reach, quick to answer, and checked in on us periodically by text. We would stay again!

Amazing Stay

My husband, myself, and our 6 children enjoyed a week at The Boro. It is a great location for “home base” while exploring the Crystal Coast. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house!

This house is amazing! It’s beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean. Communication with Suellen was easy and she’s very responsive. House is in a great area within walking distance to waterfront, restaurants and shops. We especially loved the front porch swing and rocking chairs! Would highly recommend staying at the Boro.

Great holiday weekend

Overall terrific stay. The home was comfy, ample space, well located and the owner/host kind & helpful. Recommend having a few more coffee cups and the stove burners were somewhat weak. However, we highly recommend this quaint Swansboro rental. Thanks again…

Long weekend by the Boro

This is our second time staying at this property. We loved it so much we had to come back. The house is clean, well stocked and has lot of room for a family get a way. Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to downtown Swansboro where there are lots of shops and local dining. The hosts are amazing and keep you updated and ensure you do not need anything. Highly recommended and we will be back again soon.

A couple of my friends stayed in the sweet home for my birthday weekend. A beautiful location that is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Our host was very sweet and accommodating as well. Comfy beds, great internet connection....felt like home.

Amazing hosts, perfect location, and beautiful property

This big beautiful house is located walking distance to everything Swansboro! We were here for 6 weeks and loved every minute! Restaurants, water-sports, shopping, parks, Churches, fishing, running paths, Pogies kids camps and ferries, and more are all walking distance! The host’s communication was fabulous and they are as friendly as can be. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Loved This Place

Gorgeous, clean 2 story home. The property is perfectly located ( rock throwing distance) from several Great restaurants, shops, kayak retals, bait/tackle shops and across the street from a small public pier. 10-15 from the beach, Wal-Mart, Lowes and Walgreens/ CVS. When we had a minor issue with the AC, the property owner was there in minutes to fix the problem. If you're looking to stay in Swansboro area, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful home!!!!

My name is Suellen Ross Dixon and I grew up here in Swansboro. We built onto my great Aunt's house in 2006 to take care of her. She lived to be 90 years old. The two houses are connected from the outside only they are completely separate from the inside. We live next door to our vacation rental but we are private people and do not disturb our guest unless they request help of some kind.
