Den har en uppvärmd pool för vinteranvändning och är cool och uppfriskande på sommaren. The condo är en stor studio som är perfekt för ett par reträtt eller för en familj på 4. Området är fantastiskt och har så mycket att göra och utforska. Det finns 2 parker bredvid till condo komplexet för barnen. Jag har gett allt som en gäst behöver för den fantastiska vistelse du förtjänar, höghastighetsinternet, 4k hdr smart tv så att du kan logga in på dina egna streamingtjänster, kaffe, te, handdukar till stranden, solstolar med inbyggda kylare, allt bra sängkläder, ny inredning, ny soffa sovhytten skum madrass och så mycket mer. Nice stay!

Property owner communicated very quickly. The location was very good. Beach access was across the street. It was a more senior crowd there which was fine. The room had nice adds inside (cooler, beach chairs, soaps, and two bikes). Only negative is the parking. We were never without a spot but that’s because of timing. For me the parking added undue stress but overall nice place. Would only return if the parking was fixed.

Perfect for a Short Stay

Upon arrival I had to contact the property manager because I hadn’t seen the emails he sent concerning check in. He seems a little annoyed with me that I hadn’t read the check in process. My VBRO email is sent to an old email address and I hadn’t realIzed it. Once we got in, the room was nicely stocked with everything we needed. That was really nice. The owner had notes and instructions posted everywhere. It seemed a bit overkill, but I’m sure he just wanted to make sure people followed his rules while staying. The sofa beds mattress was very comfortable whereas the king beds mattress (even though it’s new) felt like we were sleeping on the ground. It a very hard mattress. Other than the bed, I really can’t complain about the property. It served our short stay purpose before a cruise and the beach was fairly close. Over all I would rate the property 8/10 and would recommend as long as you like hard beds. :)

Great trip!

We had a great time here- nice, little spot very close to the beach for a quick weekend trip. The closest beach access pretty much across the street due to sea turtle nesting right there, but the walk to the next beach access was manageable. No complaints here- was exactly what we expected. The condo had anything and everything you could need or want too! Appreciate the hospitality!

Mother/daughter trip

We had a wonderful time! The room was comfortable and cozy, perfect for our needs. The little extras went above and beyond, to have all that we could need for a trip to the beach, was amazing! You can tell love has been poured into making a guest's stay perfect!

Perfect, clean, awesome communication

The property owner was available as needed and very kind. Checked to be sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to questions. Even took our trash to the dumpster for us during our stay. The unit was spacious, clean and VERY well stocked including everything you need for the beach. The location was quiet, safe and so close the the beach which is essential for me! Will definitely stay in one of John's units next stay.

Loved it!

This is a lovely unit only half a block’s walk away from beach access. Well stocked with all you need. Toiletries, kitchen equipment. Even spices, coffee and tea! Also beach chairs, umbrella and towels. There is even a BBQ grill to use in the courtyard by the pool. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean. We had a lovely stay here. Would definitely like to return. Reddington seemed quieter than Clearwater. Glad we stayed here

Great vacation spot!

This property is awesome. The location is great. Easy access to the beach! Very nice courtyard area and pool. This place has everything you need! Just bring your groceries and your clothes. We look forward to future vacations here.

What a Gem!!! We will be back!

Not one amenity missing with this rental! Bikes, beach bag packed and ready, numerous toiletries, well equipped kitchen and sparkling clean! Enjoy your coffee and breakfast by the pool, because the room is right by the pool and beautiful courtyard. Beach access directly across the street as well as numerous restaurants. Thank you!
