Definitely DO NOT Recommend

This property is not nearly as nice as the pictures make it seem and the customer service is atrocious. The dryer was found broken upon our arrival. We communicated this to the management company. 5 days later when we left and they still couldn’t be bothered to send someone out to fix it despite the fact that we repeatedly asked them to. - The place is worn HARD! Carpet is gross, walls are damaged and desperately need a repaint. - Basketball hoop in garage is destroyed and needs tossed. One ping pong paddle. No ball for foosball. No games for XBox - Only 6 coffee mugs and 5 wash clothes provided for our group of 12. We had to share washcloths and mugs. - Pool is freezing and the “hot tub” looking feature is just freezing cold pool water - Towel racks in multiple bathrooms fall off the wall. - Blinds are broken everywhere and most bedrooms don’t have curtains to block light. - No dish towels - Internet is incredibly slow Overall just a really beat down house for the money with no desire by the management company to do anything but collect your money.

No help with issues

We stayed at this property for one week and from day 1were given zero support to issues around the home. When you spend this kind of money you expect for everything in the property listing to be available to you. Unfortunately some issues arose were no one’s fault, however there was very little support or communication when we tried to get some help. The Dryer went out within minutes of our first load of laundry (10 people traveling for 3 days to get there and picking very light). By the time we realized there was a major issue our 2nd load was soaked in the washer. We reached out the next morning at 7am and by 8 someone had texted us back to say they would send out a techician for the dryer as well as some gaming issues (ping ping board came with no balls and paddles broken and in the trash can. The basketball hoops had full sized basketballs that wouldn’t even go through, not to mention the whole game was pretty much falling apart and the fooze ball table was setup completely wrong and had no ball. We were told to give them 24 hours and we did with no response or update or call from someone. The next evening almost 48 hours later I followed up multiple times and had no response from anyone. I finally got through to someone who told me they had come out and could not fix it. Basically said they could help us Google to find laundry. Completely useless and the lack of communication was unprofessional. We were told an appliance company will have to come out to repair the part and there was no ETA on repair( which I understand but not a solution. I requested some sort of minimum refund for not having laundry available on site and never got a response. On the day we checked out six days after the original issue we got an email saying they had put in a work order and that to give them a few more days to correct it and they could not refund any money. This was such a horrible stay that I would never recommend someone staying at this property or A Florida Vacation Home property because there was ZERO communication or help with an issues that ended up costing us more money to do our laundry off site and spent 3 hours of our vacation 2 different times sitting at a sketchy laundry mat trying not to be asked for money or have anything stolen. All of this on top of the constant noise from neighbors partying all night long and the house needed many upgrades to fixtures and paint. Also AC was horrible even in December!

I’d stay again!

Everything was wonderful! The amenities, the rooms, the kitchen… everything was amazing. The only complaint I had from one of the kids was the comforters on the beds smelled like sweat. Other than that, everything was great!
