Huset är nytt, avslutades i 2005. Den har två våningar och fasader som påminner om en typisk Ibiza. På bottenvåningen finns en hall, ett vardagsrum och kök, tvättstuga, ett rum med två enkelsängar och ett badrum med dusch. Vardagsrummet är ansluten med en täckt terrass som leder till poolområdet och grill, där du kan se havet. På övervåningen hittar sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett badrum dubbel. Beautiful villa

All the family loved the villa especially the pool and covered terrace area. Antonio was exceptional from pre arrival to checkout. Fantastic views across the bay especially at sunset.

Beautiful villa

Very spacious villa, beautiful pool area and BBQ, great for leisurely lunches by the pool! Antonio was the perfect host, always available to answer any questions we had. Short drive to San Antonio but far enough away to not even know it is there. Definitely need a car.

Amazing Host, Amazing Property

Toni is a fantastic host and the villa is stunning. Cannot recommend highly enough. We had the best week. As others have said, you really need a car as the villa is down a dirt road, so you will want to drive to shops, beach or restaurant, but as long as you have a car, then everything you need is 5 mins drive away. Recommend Suma supermarket for all your groceries, and Magon restaurant. Went with 2 & 4 year old kids, and they loved the holiday. Large amount of free parking at Cala Bassa beach and Port d'es Torrent.

Familievakantie

Heerlijk vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving. Alles schoon en netjes. Vooral enorm genoten van het bbq en zwembadgedeelte. Alleen de matrassen zouden een kleine update mogen hebben. Al met al genoten van een heerlijke vakantie.

Heerlijk alleenstaand huis met lekker zwembad en fantastisch uitzicht

6 nachten gebleven met zijn 4-en. Buitenverblijf is heerlijk. 2 tafels om te ontbijten/barbecuen. Ruime gas bbq met plaat. En klein keukentje buiten. Binnen prima keuken met alle gereedschap. Koffie: Nespresso. Weg naar t huis is een grindweg. Voorzichtig rijden. Toni is n aangename gastheer

Wonderful stay in a fabulous villa

Just returned from an amazing week at the villa and couldn’t fault our stay. Toni was a charming host. Great communication throughout, he met us at the villa on arrival (which we had no problems finding from the location he sent us) and was helpful with local recommendations. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a very well- equipped kitchen. But the beautiful and generously-sized pool (the photos really don’t do if justice!), outdoor seating areas and barbecue, and stunning sea view sunsets from the first floor balcony, are what set this villa apart. Would recommend an evening trip to Ibiza Old Town for charming cobbled streets and great restaurants.

Beautiful villa and fantastic pool

Me and my 4 friends celebrated our 50th anniversary and so we rented this gorgious villa from Toni, who was a great host. We stayed many hours in the pool, which had great temperature. Only 25 minutes of walking distance to Cala Bassa. We loved the sunset from the 2nd floor. We defenitely come back here!

In één woord: fantastisch!!

Wat een enorm fijne vakantiewoning. Heerlijk in the middle of nowhere. Rust, ruimte, reinheid en ontspannen als sleutelwoorden. Dichtbij diverse stranden als Cala Tarida en Cala Bassa en het stadje San Antoni. Enorm mooi uitzicht over een kleine vallei richting de kustlijn van Ibiza. Het huis is overzichtelijk en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, prima keuken, ruime slaapkamers, fijne terrassen, een buitengrill met bar en koelkast en een heerlijk zwembad. De gastheer Toni een zeer aardige, servicegerichte, goed Engels sprekende heer. Wij willen hier zeker vaker terugkomen! Cijfer: 9!!

Super séjour!

Location bien située, au milieu des pins avec vue sur la mer. Tres calme. Supermarché et petit village a 5 minutes en voiture. Accès à Calla Bassa en 25 minutes a pied à travers des pinedes. Accueil de Toni impeccable, même tard le soir. Serviable et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Maison très bien entretenue, bien équipée, literie correcte. Nous recommandons!

A few years ago I had the opportunity to buy the land where the house is located which I had always liked by the pine forest around and especially by the sea and the islands of the west, for its tranquillity and its proximity to the coast and populations there are around: San Agustin, San Jose, San Antonio, and being located close to the best beaches on the island: Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta etc. where you have walking trails along the coast and enjoy the scenery, being an area where in the environment have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. but not within a town.

The house has a large fenced, closed with an electric gate, so you'll have no trouble parking, there is also a large pool from the terrace you can see the sea, modern hammocks and parasols, and a covered barbecue area that looks like a beach bar even has a small refrigerator. Where you will spend your vacation pleasantly enveloped by the Mediterranean forest that surrounds us.
