Utrymmet:

Vacker, modern 2-sovrum (plus utdragbar soffa) med 1 lyxigt badrum. Gratis parkering för upp till 2 bilar bredvid ingången. Stor uteplats och gård. Köket har allt du behöver för att njuta av en fantastisk vistelse. Badrummet har uppvärmda kakelgolv, öppningsfönster och badkar / dusch. Om du behöver plats för ännu fler gäster, hyr jag också övervåningen på övervåningen. Se min andra lista! Du kan hyra hela huset för att rymma upp till 13 gäster.

Det finns en utdragbar soffa och stol i vardagsrummet / matsalen och en dubbelsäng i varje sovrum. Det finns 5 barstolar på köksön för matsal och en barnstol finns tillgänglig på begäran.

Två stora uteplatser, en öppen och privat för din användning, och den andra är täckt med en propan eldstad och soffor (delas med övervåningen enhet).

Gäståtkomst:

Köket har allt du behöver för matlagning / prepping måltider. Kaffe, te, socker, kryddor och smaktillsatser ingår. Fruktträdgård med äpplen, päron och plommon (juni / juli) och färska örter och råvaror (säsongsbetonade) är också till ditt bruk. Även jordgubbar och hallon att plocka på gården (maj-juni) och björnbär över hela området (juli / augusti). * Observera: Sviten har ingen diskmaskin.

Netflix och trådlöst höghastighetsinternet ingår.

Gården delas med övervåningen på övervåningen och tvättstugan delas också (endast tillgänglig för vistelser på 5 dagar eller längre). Propan Weber BBQ och täckt uteplats med eldstad är också tillgängliga för din användning, men dessa delas också med övervåningsgästerna. Observera: Den här fastigheten ligger bredvid den lilla Pat Bay Highway, så att du kan höra måttligt vägbrus på gården under höga trafikperioder på dagen.

Stor uteplats har ett matbord med fyra stolar och paraply. Det finns också gräsmattestolar och ett picknickbord för att njuta av solen på gården :-) Täckt uteplats har soffor och en propan eldstad (delas med övervåningen enhet).

Detta är en rökfri egendom, inklusive gården. INGA UNDANTAG! $ 50 böter för rökning på fastigheten. Det finns gäster i sviten på övervåningen vid olika tidpunkter, så respektera att fastigheten delas. Var medveten om buller, särskilt på natten och på morgonen. Very clean and welcoming, with laminated info sheets about rental unit and area points of interest.

Excellent! Definitely recommend for other travelers and will stay here next time to Victoria.

Wish we had longer than a 17 hours stay!

It was our last night and we had an early flight. It is very convenient to the airport. Because of the rain we did not have an opportunity to use the outside dining or fire pit area. KItchen was well appointed....even had spices.

A great place to stay on southern Vancouver Island

I stayed at this rental unit for 10 weeks following the sale of my house and relocation to another province. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The gardens are beautiful and the location is excellent, close to Sidney and a short drive to Victoria. I can't say enough about how well Shannon treats her guests. She is easily accessible and very accommodating. I had one minor issue that she managed right away. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Wonderful family getaway

We loved this property. This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. This time we stayed in the basement 2-bedroom suite. The bathroom is small and could be an issue sharing with 4 people as you will need to take turns. The yard is great. The kids love being able to run around. The BBQ worked great with the little patio seating by the entrance. The property location is great as it’s right off the highway. The backyard is loud, as it backs onto the highway but you can not hear any of that noise when you are inside the suite. We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 elementary school-age kids).

A great place to stay when visiting the Victoria BC area

If you are looking for a clean modern two bedroom home in the Victoria BC (Sidney area) area don't pass up this beautiful home. Located just off the main highway (17A) about 3 miles south of Sidney BC you have easy access to Victoria and all the local attractions. Close to the international airport as well. This home is a new suite on the lower level (full walk-out) of an existing home & is very clean and modern. Shannon is a gracious host provide all the essential items needed, we especially enjoyed the "home canned" peaches! As mentioned, this is a very clean home with a new feel. I highly recommend Shannon's vacation home if you are visiting the Victoria BC area.

We had a great stay.

The place was exactly as described. We had a small dog with us and when we arrived there were dog dishes waiting for us, such a nice touch! Would have loved to stay an extra night, but it was booked.

Beautiful Grounds, consummate Hosts

The property was perfect for us and the two dogs we were traveling with. We used the outdoor table and grill and really enjoyed the beautiful yard. The suite was very comfortable with everything we needed. Shannon was an excellent host and helped us with several special requests, making our trip hassle free.

Wonderful property in great location

The property had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location so close to the ocean, easy walking distance with pedestrian overpass to cross the highway. Nice to be out of the city yet just a short trip in to Victoria. Shannon was a delight to deal with. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great location and property as described

Everything was as described. There is a large yard, which was helpful because we had our dog with us. The suite is as described and was well-stocked and clean. Shannon was responsive and check-in was a breeze.

Great place and even better hosts.

Host Shannon and her husband Jeff were fabulous hosts.. The suite was extremely clean and the house is set on a huge backyard which was great for our dog and back yard grilling. There are two spacious bedrooms at either end of the suite allowing for privacy. We would definitely come back.

Great Stay

This is a great location, equipped with all your needs, and an attentive landlord. Noise from the nearby highway did not bother us at all and the neighbourhood was close to hikes and walking paths.

Cute apartment in good central location.

Loved the apartment! It was in a nice central location—very close to Sidney and not far from Victoria. Only drawback was the traffic noise outside, but inside you did not hear it.

Lovely grounds

It was just right for what we wanted. Not in town but close to town. Very nice little place with everything we needed.

I love to travel, but I rarely have the time for it! I work a lot. I have an enormous bucket list of places to work my way through. I love meeting new people and I thoroughly enjoy hosting travelers in my home. I am very outdoorsy and active, but I also love sitting down to read a good book or watch some TV.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My home is in the heart of North Saanich. It's super easy to zip onto the highway and get to downtown Victoria, or head into the quaint Town of Sidney for some awesome restaurants, local shopping and a waterfront stroll. My yard is huge and the house is just minutes to the ocean. I have an orchard with apples, plums and pears, as well as herb and veggies gardens, strawberries and raspberries. Makes it easy to enjoy local eats in the spring and summer! Tons of farms nearby for all the extra fruit and veg that I don't have :-)

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I'm a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse, and 15 minutes from any winery on the Peninsula and Butchart Gardens. I'm just 5 minutes (drive) from the airport, 10 minutes from Sidney, and 15 minutes to the Swartz Bay ferry terminal. Dean Park is a 5 minute drive up the hill and has amazing hiking trails and a gorgeous viewpoint! Lots of farms nearby to get fresh produce all year round. 25 minute drive to downtown Victoria. 5 minute walk down the street and across the pedestrian overpass to the nearest beach.
