This country holiday home stands out for two reasons: the great location, as it is only 400m distance to the old town of
Alcudia and 1.5 km to the most beautiful beaches on the northern side of Mallorca; and its beautiful outdoor area.
The house has a beautiful terrace, a large pool with sun loungers,
and it is surrounded by a well-kept garden and offers views of the Atalaya, Alcudia's highest mountain.
The capacity of the house is 8 guests, it offers 4 double bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great location

Great location, surrounded by countryside & only a short walk into town where there are lots of bars & restaurants. Check in was simple & communication with the host was quick & easy. The house did feel a little tired in places but we all had a great time.

It was very nice at Marina and Marianas House. Very nice pool and nice outdoor area. Only 5 Minutes of walk to the city. The communication was good and the price is fair. You will enjoy your stay at this house. Greetings from Germany

Family holiday

Fantastic communication throughout. It was exceptionally hot weather and Marianna was so quick to assist with extra fans. Pool was amazing the men that cleaned the pool were great. Beautiful traditional Spanish house.

We felt super comfortable

Super nice hosts. If you have a question you get a feedback very fast. The finca is in a good condition and you have everything you need. We felt super comfortable and would always choose the hosts. Super nice and obliging, just great!

Fabulous rustic family villa

Fabulous rustic family villa, which can easily accommodate 2 families within adjoining buildings. Great place to share family time, pool is lovely and a great space to socialise. We went as a family of 8, all adults for a family celebration. A gentle reminder that there isn’t air con, however there are fans in each of the bedrooms. Within walking distance of old town, marina and beaches. Overall, it was a fab villa in a great location and we would definitely recommend.

The worst accommodation we stayed in on Mallorca

I don’t know where to start. At first the good things: + CheckIn was easy + Finca was clean Now the things which annoyed us - Very old building with old facilities (Bathtub was dirty, but not the kind of dirt you can get rid of but which sits there for years, Toilet flushes really bad, Kitchen was badly equipped, Drawers were broken, fridge didn’t work at all, the bbq doesn’t suite the bedroom size- it’s max. For four people) - Cables were sticking out of the wall- not really safe for children - Stairs were not safe to walk on- especially not with children as well - The roof isn’t rain proof, so we had to wipe up the water regularly - The widows aren’t rain proof either- so more wiping - …

We had a great stay in the villa! Location lovely and peaceful, only a 10min walk into alcudia town and a 25min walk to the beach. Plenty of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants: The beach is lovely and flat and shallow for the kids. The villa itself had everything we needed. The pool was great, shallow steps where my 1year could stand up and play in at one end and then deeper at the other. Plenty of sun beds and shade too! The villa was clean and tidy aswel as being well equipped. There were fans in every room. All bedding, towels and pool towels were provided. Great communication from booking the villa, sorting transfers, recommending restaurants etc. I would recommend this villa!

Great Stay

The property is a quirky farmhouse that was perfect for 2 families due to the 2 separate buildings with 2 rooms in each side, ideal for us. Whilst the property is older it adds to the character of the place and it has everything that you could possibly need. The outside is just perfect and really made our holiday, the pool is just perfect and we spent most days just around the pool. We initially had some issues with wasps Due to a nest, but Mariana was quick to respond And came out straight away to sort. There were still a few knocking around but that’s to be expected I guess with the house being rural. That said it’s only 10 minutes walk to the old town and around 25 minutes to the port, so location was great. Finally the hosts, I can’t fault them! They are just brilliant, I had lots of questions and I always received a prompt reply and communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend booking this place, we loved it!

Hosts were amazing

Hosts were amazing. Villa itself not so. Be aware the pool is pretty deep if you have toddlers with the deep end being over 2 metres deep. Kitchen is just about usable with three of the five rings for the oven working. Cups for tea and coffee are tiny so be prepared to buy yourself souvenir mugs at the start of your stay. Showers leak and have poor pressure which isn’t a problem as the water tank only holds enough water for one hot shower a day. Garden and villa are stunning though but owner needs to invest some money. Old town is an easy 10 minute walk away and is beautiful and marina around 35 minute walk. Roads can be busy but plenty of pedestrian crossings although these seem to be ignored by drivers at night!. Surrounded by fields of goats with bells and cockerels if that’s not your thing beware it’s like tinnitus but my partner loved it. Would book with Mariana and Maria again but this villa needs improvement if we were to stay here again.

Beautiful villa

We loved this villa. It is in need of updating as there were a few issues that we felt let it down. The showers were not very good and there were cracked tiles. These are minor issues and could live with this because of the location of the villa and the outside set up is amazing. The two houses made it ideal for our two families. Also the gate separating the pool prevented the young ones entering the pool area making it a lot safer. The only let down with this villa is no air conditioning. We could hardly sleep with the heat and although they supply fans, it wasn’t enough. The kids didn’t get a break from the heat unless in the pool. I would only return to this villa in summer if air conditioning was installed. We also had a problem with wasps nests on the building. They came to remove nests but kept returning and building new ones. Not really the villas fault. Just nature. But would advise pool shoes for little ones as they are all Over the pool area. If you have booked this villa you will love it. Short walk to the Old town and there is also a fabulous supermarket down the road too. Just be prepared to be hot esp if going in the summer months. Very clean and I would recommend as a villa. Very good value for money! It is in need of updating. The showers were not very good and the unit in bathroom was cracked. also one of the stairs in the two story house was broken. I was assured this had been fixed but it still moved when stepped on. The hot water ran out very quickly and only two people managed to get a warm shower. Not enough crockery. There wasn’t one bowl for cereal. Lots of plates and pasta dishes. Not enough coffee mugs or glasses. For a villa that is meant to cater for 8 people it wasn’t enough. Some tiles were missing from pool and my boy cut his foot on the step of pool because of missing tile. Air conditioning is definitely needed. Esp at night. There was no relief from the heat. We found it very difficult to sleep. The single beds were comfortable but the double was hard and springy.

Unsere Mädels Gruppe hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa. Der Pool ist großartig und es gibt viel Platz um sich gemeinsam hinzusetzten und die Zeit zu genießen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Alcúdia. Es war toll! Jedoch nicht vergessen Mückenspray mitzunehmen :))

Emplacement très bien : proche de la plage, du centre ville ( on peut y aller à pied) Grande piscine. Point à améliorer : l’entretien de la piscine ( eau trouble), mettre une machine à café à dosettes. Mais surtout à changer d’urgence : le réfrigérateur ( il n’y a plus du tout de clayettes, ce qui oblige à mettre tout en vrac, et à entasser en hauteur la nourriture. Pour une famille de 8 comme nous c’était très compliqué. Il me semble qu’au prix de la maison la moindre des choses est d’avoir un réfrigérateur convenable. Autre point mais pas du ressort du propriétaire de la villa : si vous avez le sommeil fragile attention ( il y a à côté des chiens qui aboie souvent même la nuit, des coqs qui chantent à toute heure, et des moutons, une vingtaine, avec des cloches au cou et qui font beaucoup de bruit la nuit.

Schöne, ruhige Finca in fußläufiger Lage von Alcudia

Viel Platz in und um die Häuser. Alles vorhanden für einen entspannten Urlaub. Service von villasmar war perfekt und superschnell! Wenige Details (Schubladen im Küchenschrank, Drücker der Toilettenspülung,..) können noch nachgebessert werden.

Urlaub in der Villa Quart

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa Quart, das Ambiente war sehr schön und auch die Lage war sehr gut. Unsere einzige Anmerkung wären das die Küche und das Badezimmer eine Auffrischung vertragen könnten. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden!

Schöne Finca mit einer tollen Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Quart und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines Manko waren die Fenster, da man diese nicht verdunkeln konnte und dies wäre für ein Kleinkind ganz hilfreich gewesen.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft. Wir sind zu siebt gereist und hatten mehr als genug Platz für uns alle. Besonders toll war der riesige Pool, und das wir ihn quasi rund um die Uhr nutzen konnten und ganz für uns alleine hatten. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Betten waren vorbereitet. Es ist keine Luxus Unterkunft, aber für den Preis völlig angemessen, sauber, gut vorbereitet. Sie Gastgeber waren immer und ständig für unsere Anliegen zu erreichen, es wurden alle Fragen und Probleme gelöst, sogar ein Wespennest wurde beseitigt. Die Übergabe des Hauses verlief problemlos über einen Schlüsselkasten. Die Lage ist super, etwas außerhalb, dadurch gut gelegen, Busstationen in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar, ins Zentrum der wunderschönen Altstadt von Alcudia waren es ebenfalls nur 15min. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Alles optimal. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ländlichem Flair unmittelbar vor den Toren Alcúdias.

Sehr schöne Lage unmittelbar außerhalb von Alcúdia. Auch Port d&#39Alcúdia ist in 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr sauberer, großer, und tiefer Pool. Das Gelände der Unterkunft inklusive Parkplatz für mindestens 3 Autos ist mit einem fernsteuerbaren Tor abschließbar. Weiter sind positiv hervorzuheben die große Terrasse sowie die im Großen und Ganzen geräumigen Zimmer. Die Küche ist mit ausreichendem Gerät ausgestattet. Zudem verlief der Kontakt zu den Vermietern problemlos auf Englisch oder Deutsch. Ein Problem mit dem Internet wurde unverzüglich behoben.

We hebben een super leuke vakantie gehad in Villa Quart.

De locatie was perfect! Plus− 10 minuutjes lopen naar het prachtige centrum en ongeveer 2,4 kilometer naar de Port&strand. De villa met een typische Spaanse uitstraling, beschikt over een mooi, groot zwembad en een grote tuin. Er ontbrak niets in het huis (vaatwasser, wasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, föhns, BBQ, droogrekje voor de was etc. De hosts waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
