Great location

Minutes from Snowbasin!! Had a great time skiing and snowmobiling over a long weekend. Had a great dinner at Carlos and Harley’s in Eden. Highly recommended this property.

Great location, spacious, comfy condo!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in Lakeside Village, and we love the proximity to Snow Basin. This condo was spacious for the two of us, was well equipped and we enjoyed the private hot tub on the deck. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and quickly responded to the questions that we had. We'd highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

Great location! Fun place to stay.

Such a nice condo! Tastefully decorated, modern, warm and cozy. We chose this place for a girls' ski weekend and it was perfect. We loved thawing out each night by the fire and in the hot tub! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfortable. The binder is really helpful - you can tell the owners really want their guests to have a nice stay, and we did!

Perfect Ski Vacation!

We used to live in Ogden so I brought my kids back to see old friends and ski at Snowbasin. Derek and Linda’s condo provided the perfect stay for all of our activities. It is beautifully located on the reservoir and an easy drive to the ski mountain and town. It is also fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. And of course we loved the hot tub! We are hoping to go back again next winter!

Comfortable and Relaxing Unit in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Derek and Linda's place. Check in was flawless, the unit is well appointed and very comfortable. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the fireplace, the spa tub and the hot tub. Communications were prompt, thorough, and very clear. The covered parking was a bonus. It was an easy drive to both Snow Basin and Powder Mountain.

Great location and layout

We enjoyed staying at Dereck’s and Linda’s condo. The layout was great with open kitchen and living room and very private but huge master bedroom on a separate level. We enjoyed the fireplace after skiing. The drive to snowbasin is less than 15 min. Kids had fun playing outside the condo which was very safe ( it’s a gated community). Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome Rental

Derek is an amazing host. He was quick to reply and truly cared that our family had everything we needed. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The hosts have all the amenities anyone could ask for. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, the hot tub was pristine and the views and proximity to the lake are amazing. I would happily take my family there for another stay.

Great condo in special place

This is a very nice condo and Hunstville and the Ogden Valley is a great place to visit. The owners are extremely accommodating and attentive. The condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay including a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and living spaces, nice bathrooms and a roomy hot tub. We will be back again! Hopefully sooner rather than later. 👍

Very nice unit, in a nice complex; rented by nice, accommodating people

A very large two-bedroom condo on two floors. All modern fixtures, appliances and furnishings. Immaculately maintained. Many small touches by the owners, who were very nice to deal with. When I come back to the northern Utah ski areas, I will try to book here again.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday

Very nice property. Skiing location excellent with close proximity to slopes. Snowbasin lodge has been renovated and food selections are good and reasonably priced. Christmas Eve at the mountain is a wonderful event. Local grocery 15 minutes away with larger store selection 25 minutes down the mountain. Beautiful views and stocked kitchen allowing for Christmas dinner to be prepared. Club house with pool table and games for the kids. Clean with onsite washer and dryer.

Lakeside Village - Perfect Ski Base

Lakeside offers the perfect location to access Snowbasin and or Powder Mountain. Having stayed in multiple units at Lakeside over the years they all offer a high level of accomodation and creature comforts. This was the first time we rented directed from the owner or homenaway in this case. The owners Derek and Linda provided cordial clear instructions and contacts making you feel welcome and as if they were always accessible should the need arise. As a private unit it was personalised and homely with a small welcome gift of coffee and snacks for our arrival. Everything was there you might need and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to other would be guests. Hello and Welcome! We are Derek and Linda Rydholm, the grateful owners of Apres-ski Villa. Derek grew up in a military family and learned to ski at Snow Basin in 1970. Watching the small resort become the home of the 2002 Olympic downhill course and a world class resort, we fell in love! In 2013 we bought this condo to call our second home in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. We currently live in Washington D.C. and plan to move back to own primary home in Key Largo, Florida in the summer of 2018. We can't wait spend more time enjoying this gorgeous condo and everything that the area has to offer.

Location, location, location. These are the nicest condos in the area and offer access to a wide variety of incredible year round fun. Our family, to include daughter Meagan, son-in-law Ridge, grandson Aidan and son Alex, love skiing/snowboarding, watersports and hiking. We named our place Apres-ski Villa ( social activity after skiing ) because we love to come home at the end of a great ski day and enjoy a warm fire, a glass of wine and a hearty meal with family and friends. Soaking in the private hot tub will massage your sore muscles. We have board games, puzzles and cards to make your stay a true get away. We have a no smoking and no pet policy.
