This bright, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath second floor apartment is located in a secure, gated complex. It benefits from a lovely shared swimming pool and solarium, along with well maintained communal gardens.

As you enter the property you will find the family bathroom and the twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and modern Dyson fan that is as effeicient as an air con unit, then the spacious kitchen/lounge diner which is bright and airy, there is air conditioning in this room with beautiful sea views, there is English TV, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Towels and even beach towels are supplied to ensure you have a pleasurable stay. The master bedroom with en-suite also has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and sea views.

If you need more than one property sharing the same pool I have other properties available.

The famous Villamartin Plaza with over 30 bars and restaurants is just a 3 minute walk from your front door. You'll also find a Supermarket, Dentist and medical center should you need them.

Car hire is highly recommended for sight-seeing however there is a bus stop on the Plaza which stops at the beach and La Zenia boulevard, and also a taxi rank across the road from the apartment.

There's plenty for all of the family to enjoy within a five minute drive including La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Center, play areas for children, local blue flag beaches, markets, bars and restaurants. Villamartin golf course is just 5 minutes walk from the property, with Campoamor, Las Rambles and many other fantastic courses within a 15 minute drive.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

Lovely light apartment in great location

Light and spacious apartment with nice views of the pool area and all the way to the sea. Good sized balcony which got nice sun plus a massive shared roof terrace. Loads of room for the two of us in the apartment. Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped but was okay for the basic stuff we did (breakfasts etc) and was reasonably modern and clean. Bathrooms were a good size. The keys that were needed for access to the complex were a bit of a pain as they didn't work very reliably for all the gates etc and needed a fair bit of jiggling and trial and error, but as they're shared with other residents in the block then I suppose there's not a lot that can be done easily. Really good location just a 5 minute walk across to where most of the restaurants and bars were in Villamartin Plaza, but nice and quiet in the apartment itself. Overall great value for money.

Very enjoyable stay

Property is exactly as described. Very comfortable for a two week stay with young children and great internet access. Swimming pool was great and lovely views from the apartment. Would definitely stay again. We had a small issue with the washing machine (stuck door) but this was fixed with hours of reporting it so not complaints at all.

nice apartment.clean with all you need there.. electrics kept tripping out every night though, needs to be sorted..but was a nice holiday yes.

The location of the accommodation and dealing with the team was excellent. The property was perfect and came with all the things you would need to make it home from home. Some of the work surfaces weren’t particularly clean and areas under the bed hadn’t been swept in what looked like a good while which we then cleaned ourselves. Overall, a great property.

Amazing, as soon as we walked in . We were greeted with a very clean and fresh apartment with a beautiful view of the area including the sea. Everything we needed was at the apartment the room sizes were fantastic. Balcony was a generous size and the views from the roof solarium were fantastic. It's also nice to be walking distance to the plaza. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for amenities

Apartment well located within a minute of villa Martin centre which is full of great restaurants and bars. Views from apartment are lovely too. Contact with Sharon was good.

Stayed in this lovely property July 2020, fabulous views, very spacious, clean and tidy, close to all amenities. Sharon was very helpful as was Kevin who transported us to the the villa and back. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The property is excellent and Sharon was fantastic the only think that let it down is the TV constantly freezes also the electricity will trip out if you have several things on at the same time but overall loved the property

Brilliant

Quality through and through. We stayed in early January. It was cold in the evening, but we had plenty of heating, extra blankets, etc. Lovely area, plenty to do and see. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Shopping centre 10 minute drive to access all your shopping needs.

Fantastic

What a lovely apartment and area this is. Everything in the apartment you could think of that you would need. Views are brilliant. Tv with lots of channels (if you have bad weather like we did for a few days) Overall this apartment is amazingly clean, fresh looking and great value. Would definitely stay again. Thanks also to the hosts Sharon and Kevin, the airport transfers were on time and efficient.

Very nice apartment.

The apartment is in a very nice location, Sharon was very accommodating. The apartment had all the equipment for cooking etc. TV is ran off streams and had all the UK channels which was really good. Would recommend.
