Ett magnifikt hus med havsutsikt på en mild sluttande klippa mellan stränderna Tamariu, Aigua Blava, Begur och Aigua Xelida. Mikroklimat hela året.

Silver House är inte bara en plats att tillbringa sommarlovet. Det njuter av ett välkänt mikroklimat, vilket innebär att soliga dagar i december kan man se barn simma i havet (se bilden ta i december i år),
Tamariu anses vara byn i Costa Brava och Spanien som bäst har respekterat den gamla fiskarnas landskap. En lugn, underbar och härlig by att gå, vila, äta färsk lokal mat och njuta av havet året runt.

En byggnad som valts ut för den internationella arkitekturutställningen: 150 byggnader i deras tid. Paris: City of Architecture and Heritage. September 2007.
Denna herrgård i den senaste moderna designen växer upp från klipporna och sitter bokstavligen ovanför havet. Den har en uppvärmd och joniserad (icke klor) pool.
Huset har flera nivåer. På bottenvåningen finns en stor lounge med terrass, bildfönster och fantastisk utsikt. Öppet kök med armaturer av högsta kvalitet. Ett badrum för besökare och sovrum för servicepersonal. Köket ger tillgång till översta våningen som omfattar en studie / kontor som leder till ett salong och dubbelrum med eget badrum, terrass och direkt tillgång till poolen. Mellanvåningen har två fantastiska sviter med panoramautsikt över havet och ljudet från vågorna. Bottenvåningen är utformad för att vara en fristående lägenhet med egen lounge, litet kök och badrum, en terrass och direkt tillgång till trädgården. 550 kvadratmeter bebyggt utrymme. Huset har Wifi, luftkonditionering, centralvärme, två spisar och andra bekvämligheter. Den har fyra trädgårdar: Green Garden, Rock Garden, Zen Garden och en naturlig tallskog med en stig som leder till havet. Flera romantiska terrasser.

Grave danger

Des amis avec leurs deux enfants n’ont pas ou rester. La maison est dur 4 nivezux et les escaliers n’ont aucune protection. Des baies vitrées coulissantes sur plusieurs metres donnent sur le vide, sans protection à une mince barre. Danger pour tout le londe. A l’exterieur, lune terrasse dinne dur un orincipice. Sand protection. Il est impossible de prendre le chemin poyr acceder a la mer. C’est a pic!!! Une annonce qui ne precise pas ces dangers. Comment pouvez vius l’acceoter ?

I booked this villa largely because I was looking for a premium property and this one appeared to be the best in the area. It was certainly the most expensive. A five day stay at a rather significant price turned out to be meh. Here's the breakdown: The good: The location is ideal. A five minute drive from both Aiguablava and Tamariu, it's really a special location. The view is stellar. If you have a large party, there is ample living space. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with all sorts of dull knives and kitchen wares. The bad: The house is dirty. There's dust on everything The windows were filthy. Really filthy. The house should be cleaned. The house is overly dingy and beaten up. It feels like a house that was likely very cool and sexy in 2006 when it was new, but it's just dragging now. Floors are cracked, walls are cracked, paint is peeling. The house smells musty. The huge sliding doors seem cool, but there are mosquitoes that make the doors unable to be left open. There are also tons of flies. So the identifying feature of the house can't really be used. It's lame. We wanted to sleep with the windows open to hear the ocean but that's not possible here. As others have noted, the house is dangerous. One slip and you'll fall down the cliff. We don't drink, but I imagine a partying group would have a potential issue here. All in all, I wouldn't rent this house again.

Nous venons en Espagne depuis 35 ans et résidons dans ce genre de villa comme la vôtre, mais cette année l’accueil a été déplorable et inacceptable. Nettoyage mal fait et accueil lamentable. Changer de société ou de personnel !!!!

Amazing Sea Views

This house is in a great location. Stunning views and sea breezes. Perfect for 2 of us. Negatives were that we Waited at house for over an hour to check in. Large doors slide open (no screens) and mosquitoes were an annoyance.

Stay at Casa Plateada

Beautiful property and location. Very well equipped house. A property like this should include a BBQ - answer was that it was fire hazard but all other houses around have one. They can also have an electric bbq. A/C did not work one night but property manager sent someone and fixed the problem the next day.

The house was absolutely stunning and very well equipped. The managers were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very well appointed. We really loved our stay in your amazing property and would definitely recommend it to others!

Très belle maison dans un cadre splendide

Très belle maison à la décoration magnifique. Très belle piscine avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Maison idéale pour des couples ou familles avec enfants adolescents ou adultes. Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie ; le village de Tamariu est tout à fait typique et authentique. Belles balades à faire à pied dans les environs. A notre point de vue, il manquait un barbecue électrique qui nous semble être indispensable en vacances, surtout à cet endroit où le temps au mois d'août est très beau. Car c'est aussi tout à fait dommage de devoir cuisiner à l'intérieur. Dommage aussi que sur 8 poêles une seule soit en bon état.

Stunning property, lacked some important attention to detail

First, the good news: 1. Silver House is beautiful! The views from virtually every room are breath-taking! It was a highlight of our trip to sit outside at different points of the day and see the sunrise or set, and even one night watch a storm making its way over the sea. The house was also very dramatically decorated in silver (of course!) and white which added to its 'luxury vacation' feeling. 2. Alejandro, who managed the property while we were there, was very responsive. There were a few issues that came up and he was helpful in resolving them. The not-so-good-news: 1. The house is pretty dangerous for children. There are sheer drops of the cliffs and seating areas outside. Everything is white and glass, and there are lots of sharp edges and hard stairs. We didn't pick up on this enough from the photos I guess. When we arrived with two 7 year old children, we realized we would be nervous all week that they didn't break something or hurt themselves. 2. There wasn't any sort of welcome book with notes about the house or town. We felt a little bit dropped in the middle of nowhere without a guide. I would have expected instructions on how to use appliances, where to find certain items, how to get to local beaches, recommended restaurants, etc. One night the power went off and we searched for 30 minutes for the fuse box before calling Alejandro to come over. Also there is a complicated shade system (so many windows!) with a few remote controls in each room that were not labeled or explained. 3.There was hardly a garbage bag or roll of toilet paper in the house and not enough linens for every guest. So, immediately upon getting there we had to head out. It would have been nice to have a few basics provided so that we could have settled in a little before going out. So, overall it is a great house in a fantastic location and we enjoyed our stay. However, it is not inexpensive and we were expecting a little bit more from the rental than we received.

Awesome!

We loved this place! It is an elegant and comfortable home. We could spend a few quiet days with the family. It has everything you can expect. Furthermore, it is next to a lovely village where you can do everything: relax, go boating, delicious restaurants... We really enjoyed. Thank You!

Fantastic Villa

When we saw the house online we immediately wanted to book it. The house was impeccable when we arrived. We felt very spoiled by the breathtaking views, every hour, every day, from everywhere. It felt like living in a boat. It has all the facilities one can expect from a luxury villa - all furniture and finishings of outstanding quality. Owners sent us a list of places restaurants which we loved and also gave us contacts for boat renting. Totally recommend it.
