Några minuter från norra kusten och Arashi-stranden och 5 minuters bilresa från shoppingcentret Paseo Herencia och Palm Beach Plaza, där du hittar många affärer, restauranger och barer.
Inte långt från hotellområdet med många sorters underhållning och kasino.
Den består av ett stort vardagsrum med fönster med utsikt över trädgården, ett vardagsrum och en bäddsoffa för 2 personer.
E 'utrustad med luftkonditionering, modernt kök med stort kylskåp, ugn, diskmaskin, internet, larmsystem, TV och varmt vatten i badrummen (inte vanligt i Aruba!).
Lägenheten har 3 dubbelrum. Två sovrum med king size-sängar och en studio med queen size-säng, separat ingång och pentry. Det har också stora garderober, en stor klädkammare, 3 badrum och ett skafferi.
Gästerna har tillgång till en stor veranda för uteservering.
Lägenheten, inbäddat i en stor karibisk trädgård, ligger i en liten utväg där gästerna kan njuta av en vacker och stor pool, grillplats och privatliv och lugn på platsen. En 18-håls golfklubb ligger 5 minuters promenad bort, där tennisbanor finns också.

Great retreat from the fray of the city

My husband and I had a great weeklong stay here. The place was very clean and walkable (15 min) to the northern beaches. A bit longer to Arashi, but we did that too; even walked to the California Lighthouse and dunes below. Fulvia and her mother helped with all our questions and we lacked for nothing we needed. Parking right outside meant we could use our car for longer trips to Arikok and Baby Beach, but could leave it when we stayed close. Very quiet neighborhood, nice pool available until 9:30 PM (with a brief break in the afternoon). I loved the covered outdoor table area and spent several hours there reading, watching the birds sipping the flowers and just regrouping between day and nighttime activities.

Very close to the beach

Wonderful location close to the beach. Can walk there. Need a car which Fulvia hooked us up for a reasonable rate. Very responsive host who lives in the neighboring property. Pool was wonderful that is shared with the other rentals but not an issue. Drawbacks, there was a slight smell from the toilet. Lack of hot water was slightly annoying.. Bring or buy small things like soap, shampoo, dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent. Overall, love the place and neighborhood. Would rent it again.

Wonderful Christmas

We had a lovely time at the apartment. Fulvia was the kindest host. She answered many questions before we even arrived and was always available if we needed her during our stay. The beds were comfortable. There was always hot water for showers. And the kitchen was stocked with all the nice pans and utensils that you would need. We also used the outdoor grill. Fulvia arranged a low cost car for us. We had debated about getting a car since there is bus service, but the car was so cheap and it really gave us so much more flexibility in our plans. We highly recommend this place and would use it again if we came back to Aruba.

The three bedroom unit is fantastic for families

My wife and I , 13 year old daughter and 24 year old son stayed in the three bedroom unit. It was spacious and well appointed. Fulvia is an attentive host who responded quickly and the property is stellar. Noord is the best part of the island for a relaxing family trip.

A really nice, relax and cozy house/apartment clean and simple

This house / apartment is well located, clean, simple and has all convenience you need ; AC in all room (started 1 hour before going in bed and it was sufficient) and living room (we did not use this one because if windows are left open a nice breeze flows in), full bathroom, Alarm, Fridge, dishwasher, shared washer and dryer (worked great and are new/clean), hair dryer (very performent), coffee machine, toaster, shaker, WiFi, tv/cable (we do not use). Plus : Very secure, very relax has the street sounds are quite moderate during the day and no sound at night, clean and simple, no decorations and accessories clutter the house/apartment, so it is simple to see everything and see that it is clean. Fulvia and her mother are very friendly and were attentives to our needs, bought us chairs has we wanted a cozy corner near our back patio. Cooler, beach chairs, pool towels, all is there. Bought some propane has the tank was empty, did not hesitate to reimburse us. Asked for face towels and extra towels and a few more dish cloth....they were delivered super fast. Were available via WhatsApp to answer all our questions. Notes ; The shared pool is not at the back of the house but ratter juste a few steps away, but it is the same, it is kept clean and is really nice. Bring your personne clean products (body and hairs soap) we always do because we like our product. These are apartments, we did not look at the listing properly but we were impressed has the 2 couples neighbors were discrete and friendly, we were really not bothered by them. Minor (solved) : The last rental client mention a sewer overflow in the house, that was wrong....being a General Contractor in the past, I had to see that with my eyes ! The month of December had rained a lot, puddles of water rose on the side of the highway, so general water level were high. Sewer do not overflows but ratter a small sewer smell is smelted if the shower drain is left unsealed, so very simply cover it up using a damp Scott Towel and the trick is done. I am picky and no smell at all was noticeable after doing so. I have explained to Fulvia and she will have the vent checked to see if they are not block, she will have this solved shortly. We stayed 2 weeks, we were very welcome and greet, our stay was impeccable, what more can I say. Thanks to Fulvia and her mom, great host, great team ! Cordially, Stephanie and Philippe

This place in not 2 steps from any beach, it’s close to a half mile to the closest beach. There is definitely s plumbing issue as the showers don’t drain, leaving you standing in 3-4” of dirty water and there is a constant oder of sewer gas. Most upsetting was an incident that happened upon checking in. I specifically selected washer/dryer as a required amenity. We got there to find the washer/dry was not available. I called VRBO, who then created an incident that selected a complaint category that indicated “amenities not included as listed” and had in parentheses the listed amenities (meaning the complaint could be about any one of those listed). The owner received notice of this complaint and came storming back into the house calling me a liar because she thought I complained about ALL of the amenities listed. I tried to explain to her that it was a category but the language barrier was too great and she just did not understand. She was very aggressive and rude. Her mother, was a very sweet lady who tried to make up for her daughter’s behavior, but the tone had been set. Every day, they found a reason to come into the apartment, EVERY day. They requested that we check out by 10 am, stating they had another VRBO guest coming, but when I checked the VRBO site, the unit was still available. The property is clean and looks like the pictures. Location is ok, but definitely a drive to the beach, too far to walk back in a wet bathing suit.
